Confusing at first but fun once you got through the next You start as a Paladin, and bash your enemies, the highlight here is that you have to spin the wheel who decides your cards drawn. The Whole game gets strongly RNG based. Good enough, you can pick yourself full of cards and ignore it. One of the other features is actually the poison system. The higher you poison your enemy, the more poison Wheels he gets, resulting in rejecting the enemy turn completely. This is actually fun but gets to powerful overtime, a full deck of poison damage will cause your enemies to only have 1 turn instead of 3 making the game laughable easy. The enemies are funny, you get from Gremlins to Rats everything and all the units and Bosses have some great mechanics to fight against.
