About
Think your eyesight is sharp? Most players can't even reach 20 points. Prove us wrong.
Color Clash is a visual acuity challenge game that will test the limits of your color vision. Here, "I have great vision" is just wishful thinking. The game starts with a 5-second countdown where you must find the slightly different colored square in a 10x10 grid. Each correct answer gives you 1 second, each mistake costs you 1 second.
Sounds easy? That's because you haven't faced the real challenge yet. As you progress, color differences become so subtle you'll question whether your eyes are working properly. Using Lab color space ensures each level's color difference is precisely calculated—no luck involved, just pure visual ability warfare.
Merciless Difficulty Progression
From "anyone can see this" obvious differences to "you need to look carefully" extreme color variations
Scientific Color Calculations
Lab color space-based precise color difference calculations ensure fair and challenging gameplay
Split-Second Pressure Testing
Time is life, every click determines how long you can survive
Global Leaderboards
See where your eyesight ranks worldwide. Dare to challenge the top?
Train Visual Acuity
Regular play helps improve color discrimination and visual focus
Simple Controls
Mouse-only gameplay, no complex controls needed
Windowed Mode
Supports windowed mode, pause anytime without affecting other work
Flexible Timing
Each game lasts from seconds to just over a minute, perfect for office breaks
Click the differently colored square in the grid—that's it. But when color differences become almost invisible, can you stay calm? The game gives you 5 seconds to start, correct identifications reward 1 second, wrong choices deduct 1 second.
Stop thinking and start playing. Time to find out what you're really made of.

4/10 A simple spot-the-different-color game. What is it: In a grid of colored tiles, one of them is different, either brighter, darker, or slightly more/less saturated, and your goal is to quickly identify it and click on it. You get 2 extra seconds if you succeed, and then a new, more difficult board is shown. Do this as many times as you can before the time runs out. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3498387264 There are 3 difficulty settings, each one playing the same, except that the easy one starts with very obvious differences and slowly becomes harder, and it’s fairly easy to get more than 100 points, while the hard difficulty starts already hard enough and it’s almost impossible to get past 30 points. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3498386600 As you play, you can unlock two extra tools, one skips the current board for a 5 seconds penalty, the other one trades 5 seconds for one point and it’s useful to quickly spend your extra seconds when the game becomes too hard. There’s a target score to achieve for each difficulty, leaderboards, and a few extra challenges as achievements. I for one think the achievements for scoring 50-200 points in Hard seem impossible. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3498385835 It’s a very barebones game, no extra features, something to play when you just want to test your eyesight. How hard is it: Easy to get most of the achievement if you don’t have any vision problems, but some of the achievements seem impossibly hard. How long is it: 3 difficulty levels to master, you can play as long as you want. Quality: Meh. Leaderboards, achievements, cloud saving for the minimal state that needs to be saved. Very few settings, just two audio toggles and a language switch. No accessibility settings, only mouse control. Small and fast. Worth the price: Yes.
