College Bound: Arctic Adventure

As my first experience with the College Bound series, this title doesn't fill me with confidence towards the main game. This title is very short, it took me little over 2 hours to get 100% of the achievements. Even at a 50% discount, I feel I paid too much. My biggest complaint is about unreadable text. A lot (if not most) of the white text is over bright backgrounds. At one point I got a headache trying to read it. If you have any kind of visual impairment, absolutely avoid this game. It's a shame, because other Ren'Py titles do include textboxes to improve readability. This issue alone makes me think of Arctic Adventure as a cashgrab, The quality of the scenes and animations are good, no complaints there. There are a few sexual encounters which the MC can choose to take part in. Most consist of two looping animations and a finish scene. Compared to other similarly priced games (Like: Fetish Locator Week 1, Between Two Worlds and Leap of Faith), this game is criminally short and uneventful.

7/10 not sure what the negative feedback is about. Play well, nice story and ads a different perspective on the core game. My only criticism would be it's overpriced for the level of content. Also it states you can invite any girl along, that part isn't true sadley.

Very short, get it on sale. It was fine not as some comments make it out. Was not willing to try and find every achievement, but sad I didn't hook up with Amber somehow.

I liked this better than the main series but be warned that the content they are offering is very very small (the main story will be finished in 3 to 3.5 hours). If you really liked the main series or are particularly interested in what FOZ will cook up with something so out of the blue (or you have some money and time to burn), I would recommend it for you.

A nice extension of the previous story with an interesting story. For the amount of NSFW content 10$ is a little hefty but at half price this would be decent. The animations actually had some work put into them.

Unfortunately College Bound Arctic Adventure isn't to my liking compared to the main game and I find the price tag quite heavy for the amount one can play. I finished my first run in just an hour and it becomes very repetitive to gain all achievements as no matter the choices you make, new content / interactions are similar and scarce. On visuals the game is decent to good, however storywise and engagement is simply not there and felt like a rushed project to be honest.
