Clunky Hero

Nice metroidvania game with some bad design choices. Lets start with saying that humor is a really hard thing to do in a game as it is so very personal taste. This game didn't contain almost any funny jokes even though it tries. It tries hard. Still if you think you can tolerate the humor in the game then go for it. There isn't anything really crude in this game, just everything and everyone is a joke. Lets continue, I don't know why but the game wont pause. Why would someone put a feature like this in a 2D sidescrolling metroidvania? Not a big thing as the game is pretty easy, but annoying. Also a message to the designer: if you are going to have an achiement in your game about secret rooms then please either mark the found secret rooms in the map and/or have some sort of list of them in the game statistics. It was really annoying the go through the game again when seaching for the missing rooms. As I mentioned earlier the game is easy but that is not a bad thing for me but overall maybe some difficulty settings would benefit the game. Graphics and music suit the game very well and I have no complaints about them. This review really wasn't supposed to be about the negatives of the game but it is what it is. Overall, after the slow start of the game when the character has no abilities, the game is fun. Even though in rare places the level design is bad (mines at the top of blind jumps) but there is nothing really bad in the game. If the price is right for you (I got this on sale) and metroidvanias are up your alley then I'd recommend this.

В целом прикольная игруха, но *мля ДИАЛОГИ ЭТО ТРЕШ я чуть не блеванул когда услышал голос ЖЕНЫ которую ищу! согласен еще с комментариями других поюзавших.

It sure is clunky. And there's definitely a hero. Enjoyable, for all its jank, but don't expect to feel deeply satisfied or anything. It did make me feel something. I just have no idea what that is.

A good metroidvania that sometimes gets a little repetitive. 8/10 Buckets on Head

muy buen juego, bien bizarro y divertido, no es el mejor metroidvania de la vida, pero si es comico es como mirar una pelicula animada de esas viejas echas en 3D pero bien jodido..jaja
