I've not beat the game yet but I think I've played enough to be able to give some opinions. I believe there are one or two more bosses left. I am not greatly skilled gamer so I've been playing on the lowest difficulty to get my feet wet. Things I like: * It has has been the appropriate amount of challenging for me. * The controls are snappy and responsive. * The bosses have a good variety of mechanics. * Overall aesthetic. * The power-ups have quite the range of different effects and I suspect in more skilled hands they would be more finely-tuned for situational use. Things that could use a little bit of improvement: * some minor complaints about the UI - gets a little bit cluttered once you've bought everything - it's not obvious to me which firing pattern I've currently selected * the quad fireball might be just a bit overtuned (at least on easy difficulty) Given how new the game is, these are such minor things, they barely even register as problems for me. The UI items I mentioned above are the sort of thing that just a little bit of polish would sort out and obviously any balance tuning is just part of a new release. I also suspect this might be a one of those games that ends up being fun to speedrun.

digging it so far, it’s fun once you get a controller set up… manually (insert eyes rolling into the back of my head) hopefully this will be something that all devs start doing for games that don’t need 10K buttons, because it gets annoying to have to do this on games that are action based. The only bad thing about the game is that enemies pop up in front of your face sometimes like the very start of the second level, so a little polish here and there would be great.

I found this game through the devs post on another website, and thought it looked fun. I have not played too much of this game yet but have enjoyed the time I have put into it! Its got a "Heat meter" that is pretty much a berserk mode, it activates frequently and is super fun to just throw out tons of fireballs. But I think the best thing to say about this game is the dev has taken into consideration players feedback and seems like a pretty great person!
Solid game. Movement feels great. Developer is also super nice and quick to fix issues (added 4k support soon after I mentioned it in the Discord). The shooting pattern concept is super cool and fairly well-executed, though I wish it was a bit more obvious which pattern was in use. I wish the game had proper controller support, but the developer is not interested in adding it because Godot doesn't support steam input very well, which is understandable. If you're on deck, there's a pretty solid pre-made controller configuration, but on desktop, especially with more than one monitor, you'll need to do some manual configuration.
A cool game for players who like hardcore roguelikes!
you can shoot fireballs and loving my time with it so far

Nice platform game with great potential. Completed it in a single run. It has some minor problems, such as bad visual effects with too many bright flashes, not appropriate coloring that interferes and disturbs while fighting. On the other hand there're various in-game abilities and upgrades that complement the game itself. All in all, it's a good game to pay attention to and i'd like to see the second chapter in future!
