About
Embark on a voyage of environmental salvation and collection with Clean the Sea!—a compelling experience now on Steam.
In a world where the oceans are burdened by humanity's neglect, Clean the Sea! challenges you to pilot a lone vessel on a noble quest: cleanse the waters, rescue marine life, and turn the tide on pollution. As you navigate through tranquil yet troubled waters, your mission is not just to collect refuse but to catalyze change—one scoop of trash at a time.
Your quest will take you across the globe to some of the most iconic and afflicted waterways on the planet. Each location offers unique challenges and opportunities, from the icy embrace of the Antarctic to the historic waterways of Amsterdam. As you progress, you'll witness the tangible impact of your efforts, bringing life and color back to places once choked by waste.

Dive into "Clean the Sea!" where your main quest is to pick up trash. Every piece you collect—bottles, bags, you name it—helps clean up the ocean. Sell the trash, get cash, and watch as the sea transforms back to its natural beauty.

Start with a small skiff and aim high. Upgrades make a big difference: a faster ship speeds up your clean-up missions, and a larger picker increases how much trash you can collect. Upgrade from a skiff to a cruiser, making your clean-up efforts more effective and far-reaching.

Boost your clean-up game by hiring a fleet of mini-ships. These vessels autonomously collect trash, multiplying your impact without extra effort from you. This fleet represents your commitment to efficiency, helping you tackle more of the ocean's pollution with every trip.

As the trash clears, marine life returns to the once-polluted waters. Witness the transformation as dolphins, turtles, and fish reappear, breathing life back into their habitats. This revival of ocean life is a beautiful testament to your hard work and dedication to the cause.

The main experience is designed to last around one hour, offering a focused journey from polluted waters to a restored ocean. After completion, New Game+ unlocks, letting you restart with your upgrades while facing greater trash density and new challenges, encouraging faster and more efficient runs.

Its kinda....boring and repetative. You have a boat, you pick up trash, you sell trash. Money is used to upgrade your boat speed and to hire and upgrade automatic trash collectors. Eventually you unlock new levels..... ....which are almost exactly the same except some of the background sprites are now Amsterdam, or new york, or antacrtica or whatever. Like nothing changes....you can just idle the game on the first level for hours and unlock all upgrades (like I almost did). Its kinda boring. Upside: you pretty much 100% it by level 3 and it cost me $1.....but I don't think it deserves a recomendation despite that.

War cool.
2 saat oyna bırak keyifli bir oyun.
Finished the game in around 50 minutes. It would be nice if they added more areas, for now it's not worth €3,- Better to grab it on sale. It has 4 maps with expendable areas which also cost money. You use money to purchase upgrades and helpers. There are coins which can be converted to money and vice versa. Since it's a nice relaxing game and there aren't many 'cleaning' games I do recommend it.
Fun time killing game with a very basic progression system.

Güzel gayet, istanbul boğazının temizlenemiyor olması gerçekçilik katmış
The game is exactly what you would expect and that's actually not a bad thing. The problem I have with it is that everything besides the basic cleanup has seemingly no thought put into it. I was able to softlock myself right after starting the game because I bought upgrades instead of unlocking the third area. If I would've actually waited for trash and chest to respawn, I would've probably had to wait 30 Minutes just to continue playing. For some reason though, the game resets cooldowns on chests if you restart the game, so I was able to get around that problem by restarting a few times. The coins can be exchanged for money at the bank, for a helper-drone that helps with cleanup for a minute or for powerups that occasionally spawn. You receive 400 cash for a coin at the bank, the drone costs 3 coins and powerups cost 20. Anything but exchanging them for cash is a huge waste. The game feels like it is designed to be played endlessly, but right after unlocking the last area there is pretty much no reason to keep going. Trash respawns too slow to make any further upgrades even worth buying.
Clean the Sea is a simplistic game that scratches that cleaning (and completionist) itch decently well. I finished all of the maps in about an hour with no issues getting all achievements. I think the music adds a lofi chill vibe, and the gameplay is smooth and easy to get the hang of. Each map has its own inhabitants that come back once the pollution is gone, which I think is a sweet touch. I really enjoyed the content, but I wish there was more. There's not a whole lot of replay value, unless I want to go in and clean up extra bits of trash as they float up, but after completing the maps it feels a bit tedious in comparison. I upgraded my ship to about half and had all of my fleet hired at level 2 before I finished; I think the grind to get more money for upgrades may be a bit tedious as well. Aside from adding more maps, I think this could be fixed with some sort of respawning map (or randomized event) that gives the original "clean up the pollution" setting. Overall, I think this is a sweet and fun game that is well made and quite enjoyable, albeit a bit short. I hope they add more content for this game in the future!
