This is the anti-visual novel. Instead of playing as some guy magically able to score with beautiful anime girls, YOU play the anime girl and create mass chaos in the lives of your potential "suitors". Earnest comedy, social accuracy, and late 2000's aesthetic await you in Class of '09!

Reviews
This is hardly a game, and more of a slideshow, even for visual novel standards. It plays entirely itself apart from occasionally picking between dialogue options like "buy drugs from janitor" or "go home and kill yourself". With options like that you'd expect it to be kinda funny, but because the writer made the characters so stereotypically hollow and unlikeable (Nihilistic teenage girl, horny teenage boy, pedophile/racist teacher) there's no nuance to it and the overly edgy jokes land flat. I do praise the voice acting though, I think it's the only thing that holds it together and stops it from being a total snoozefest like someone else put it. I bought this years ago expecting it to be a quirky and funny experience with characters that aren't written directly as basic stereotypes. A bit of a shame really. I like the concept, and I hope someone recreates this genre without prioritizing edginess over the writing. If you want fun, looking through the profiles of the positive reviewers is pretty entertaining.
"if only i way gay" GIRL YOU ARE
genuinely very funny game, the entire game pretty much goes about dark humor and stuff, if you have any SA trauma DO NOT play this game, but its a really funny visual novel and im definitely gonna get the te-up

The game does have a crazy beginning with some routes that make you question why you even press start on it. Still funny though. 7.5/10
In this game I can do what I can only dream of irl, kms
i actually prefer this one over the re-up. i cant describe it. i think the re-up goes too hard into what this game was trying to do with nicole. anyways, both are enjoyable but definitely dont skip this one
this game is so funny dude, it really is accurate on the specific archetypes in highschool.. also the humor used in this is wildly creative, like even i couldn't imagine funnier things. hate this fandom though..
apperantly it was wrong to join the nazi movement
