Metroidvania muy original, pero con muchos fallos. El control es torpe, sobre todo al principio. No te explican muchas de las mecánicas, y algunas son imprescindibles para progresar. Los puzzles son crípticos en muchos casos, y en los que no, hace falta tomar notas (gracias a Dios que Steam te deja coger notas ahora), porque las soluciones están en un idioma inventado. Los mapas, el pilar de un Metroidvania, no son muy buenos. No tienen mucha interconectividad, te obligan aretroceder en muchas ocasiones, y no te marcan lo que te queda pendiente para cuando tengas nuevas habilidades. Le doy positivo, porque el precio es muy barato (está al 90%), y porque muchos de los fallos son por haber intentado hacer algo muy original, y no han sido capaces de implementarlo correctamente.

Fascinating metroidvania that is one of the few taking deeply from Zelda II. The world is evocative, the sound design and sprites are good, and the game itself has a lot of faith in the player to make connections and explore on their own. A lot of older reviews on QoL like lacking a map have been adjusted in updates, and while it remains esoteric it's by no means unfair. I am unfortunately experiencing some odd crashes, but I hope that's incidental. The overall game remains very compelling.

Nintendo refused to make another game like Zelda II so God's strongest Zelda II fan did it themselves. It's not perfect, it has some awkward and rough edges but I enjoyed it thoroughly. It looks great, the pixel art and animations are smooth and satisfying. Exploring is fun and the world offers a lot of thing to find.

Had Finding Teddy 2 on my wishlist for a very long time since the first game, imagine my surprise when I finally purchase from HB to find a download for a game with a totally different title, imagine my further surprise to start playing only to find a completely different game to the original with only the similarity being in aesthetic. Beyond disappointed, where the first game was a charming casual point and click style adventure, this game has replaced that theme for the opposite with a frustrating mess of a Zelda 2-esque platformer. Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but honestly I just found it unsatisfying, not what I signed up for, just makes me wanna play the first one again and forget about it

game full of bugs and completely abandoned by devs. Impossible to get all the trophies too because of a silly bug. I do not recommend the experience

Я зашёл в Chronicles of Teddy с мыслью "милый платформер про мишку". Через час я уже стоял посреди комнаты с выпученными глазами и орал: "КАКОГО Х.Я ЗДЕСЬ ДЕЛАЕТ ВЕЛИКАН С ТОПОРОМ В ЖОПЕ?!" Игра выглядит как детский мультик, а по сложности и жестокости ближе к старым японским платформерам. Меня там столько раз убили, что мишка Тедди начал мне сниться в кошмарах — стоит, смотрит пустыми глазами и шепчет: "ещё разок..."8/10. Самое коварное предательство со времён "это просто милая игра, не бойся".
