Die Grafik Retro kann man mit Leben* aber für ein Point und Click Adventure zuviel Run. Unsinnige Rätsel. Zulange Cut Szenen die man nicht überspringen kann was bei mehrmaligen neuladen weil man sich verklickt hat, bzw. *dank der der mäßigen Grafik nicht schnell genug die richtige Stelle gefunden hat, Ist echt nicht gut

If you are into lovecraftian stuff then I guess you must have a fish fetish or fear them so much you like fishy horror stories. Хорошая игра? ДА ! Рекомендую ли ? ДА !!! Квест в стиле Sierra . Хорошая музыка , классический Лавкрафтовский сюжет , отменная атмосфера. Пару слов о личном восприятии: Впервые прошел весной 2022 года , охапкой с кучей других отменных игр, и игра (точнее дилогия ) оставила о себе исключительно положительное мнение. Изменилось ли оно за годы ? Нет. Так ли интересно играть, как и в первый раз? Процентов на 90 ответ будет да. Немного затягивал перепрохождение (впрочем, не только этой игры) , т.к. запомнил ее более монументальной ,чем она есть (игра проходится часа за 4). Атмосфера в игре- выше всяких похвал. Думаю, что теперь буду включать ее на эмбиент или же перепроходить почаще (как просмотр фильма).

After some back and forth, I decided to give the game a thumbs up to support the developer and the genre. The game is nice, but has serious weaknesses. Here are my pros & cons: + The story is basically very exciting. + The voice acting is an asset and really spices up this small independent production. + The music and sound effects are excellent and create a very creepy atmosphere and suspense. - I was most annoyed by the technical shortcomings and bugs in the game, especially in the user interface and controls. It's simply badly programmed and unstable. The hotspots don't work properly and sometimes it's bugs and pixel hunting and not the easy puzzles that cause headaches. The Lucasfilm-1989-esque UI is completely unnecessary as you only need some of the commands once in the game. - I'm sorry to write that: The graphics are really ugly and off-putting. It looks like the first work on an Amiga 500 after a quick-simmer course in Deluxe Paint II. - The genre mix of funny and psychological horror is not entirely successful. A few good, cynical jokes here and there would also fit in with Lovecraft, but this needs to be refined, because this game is supposed to focus on horror. Conclusion: Not everyone will like this game. It's something for Lovecraft fans and die-hard point & click adventure fans. But it's not a game that will convince newcomers to the genre or excite fans of highly polished, challenging adventure games. Nice nonetheless.

Aunque es excesivamente sencillo y los puzzles no suponen reto alguno, es un juego a la vieja usanza, con sabor a los clásicos y encima con voces profesionales (aunque no esté doblado al castellano, sí que están traducidos los textos a nuestra lengua).

Finished! Overall I really enjoyed it, especially the creepy story and atmosphere. There are a few annoying (and easy to fail) quicktime events near the end, but thankfully there is an easy mode that makes them much more bearable.
