For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Mostly going to be comparing this to Mordhau, as I've played over 1200 hours of Mordhau and they're similar. When Chivalry 2 released, I played it for a couple of hours before dumping it. I thought the combat was sluggish and shallow. The fact that noobs didn't always get crushed on first contact made me believe the combat had no learning curve compared to Mordhau. Gave it another shot about a year ago and now I prefer it's combat over Mordhau's. Took me a while to understand and enjoy it, but now I like the jabs, specials, and the stronger emphasis on spacing to punish people. Swing manipulation and feints are still crucial, but are less of a checkmate due to jabs and held block. Held block also lets noobs stay alive a bit longer in group fights, but they're heavily punished by the stamina drain and guardbreak kicks. Overall, it feels more varied and active in how you approach fighting people, instead of just playing pong with swing manipulation or wiggling a bastard sword until they flinch. And it does so while lowering the skill floor and maintaining a high skill ceiling. Some notable downsides: * The servers or the netcode (or both) feel subpar. Once you start paying attention to it, it's pretty painful to see just how many blocks, chambers, and hits don't register. Even with single digit ping in both games, it's fairly often and feels more common than the red parries I get in Mordhau. * No official mod support. People have made modded servers, but you won't see them on the server browser, and it's very unlikely for modded servers to stay active without browser support. * There's less customization. Even if you ignore the class restrictions, there's just not as many aspects of armor, weapons, and other cosmetics to customize as in Mordhau. * Lack of community meme culture. Sure, some people fool around in duelyards, but it's not like Mordhau where you can pretty reliably sit in a combat area and the enemy lets you live because you're gesturing or playing music. Most players just mindlessly attack anything with a pulse. I think it's due to the lack of customization, the wave spawn system, how linear maps are and the way they constantly push you into combat, etc. Not at all perfect, but I'm addicted anyway.
its like Halo 2 , but only swords
很好玩
just allot of stuff to learn i suck at fighting but its fun to waste time on n such
Its basically Call of Duty in the medieval times with the same amount of sweatiness and toxicity but the gameplay is very smooth and overall would recommend
Chivalry 2 is pure controlled chaos, and that's exactly what makes it so incredible. Every match feels like you're starring in your own medieval movie. One minute you're charging a castle with dozens of teammates while catapults launch boulders overhead, and the next you're locked in an intense one-on-one sword fight that comes down to timing, skill, and strategy. The combat is easy to learn but has an impressive skill ceiling that keeps you coming back to improve. What really sets this game apart is that it never takes itself too seriously. You can battle with swords, axes, and bows, then suddenly throw a chicken at someone's head, charge into battle screaming, or watch a teammate win a fight with one arm missing. The combination of epic battles and hilarious moments creates memories that no other multiplayer game has given me. The maps are massive, the objectives keep every match feeling different, and 64-player battles are absolute mayhem in the best possible way. Whether you're defending a castle, pushing siege towers, or storming through enemy gates, the atmosphere is unmatched. If you're tired of the same old shooters and want something that rewards skill while still being ridiculously fun, Chivalry 2 is an easy recommendation. It's one of those rare games where you can laugh, rage, cheer, and have an unforgettable moment all in the same match. FOR THE RED AND BLACK!
Rubbish. Not even close as good as Chiv was. Clunky, confusing UI. Never really knew what I was actually picking there. Nothing self-explanatory, classes, equipment. No comparison of weapon stats or armour. All just trial and error. Or watch YT tuts for hours. Nah, not for me. So, trying te get a hang of it. Did it once in Chiv, so why not in Chiv 2, eh? But then ... crashing out of the game as well w/o any data of what actually happened [might be a raytracing setting issue with Adrenalin, as often, so turn it off, change it, whatever helps is right]. Restart, hopping back in, playing some different maps or modes or whatever that was supposed to be. Now we are just two against another two, keeping killing each other... whut? Where are the other supposed 60 players? Then crash again. This time even with a report window popping up, so it's not an unknown issue to them, huh? And another freeze-up followed by a hard forced exit a while later. Makes three crashes in a 4+ hr session. Thanks, but not hanks. Uninstalled. Never got the Chiv feeling back anyway. It's just a shadow of what it once was. Rehashes are seldom better than the originals. Better graphics never make a better game. 'Never say never! Superlatives are always wrong!' Yeah, we heard it. Never!
