riddled with cheaters as is every other game. even when no cheaters team balancing is some of the worst. this game is nothing but rage inducing, do not waste time or money with it.
If you had asked me what I thought of the game one or two months ago, I'd say it's incredibly fun. Unique mechanics and play styles, getting to counter the enemy attacks in different ways, the way all weapons are balanced, really cool game to come back to. However, over the coming weeks, for whatever reason, cheaters have been coming into every match in the game, vanishing the players' weapons, disabling their attack function, and speedblitzing us in one shot. And on top of this, as if it wasn't horrid enough, the mods for the game are doing ♥♥♥♥ all to address this, despite the various reports, obvious hacking evidence, and declining review score. I hate to say this, but I genuinely think that Torn Banner doesn't care anymore about this game. They've abandoned all pretense and are focusing their efforts elsewhere. Had to write a review to share my immeasurable frustration with an otherwise fun game. Don't buy this at this stage, wait until you see the user review scores go up, cause at this point the mods shouldn't be trusted.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Game is pretty fun, but, the way you're meant to learn the game is probably the dumbest thing I've ever seen. You either play against paperdoll computers that you'll master in 10 minutes OR, you get matched with all level of MMR, so 90% of the time, you'll 1v1 Sephiroth with weapons you don't have access to and confusing skins, and bro will be hitting you with the full-range of animation exploiting moves. Then, he'll throw away all his weapons, beat you to death with a turnip and moonwalk over your corpse as you bleed out slowly. Easily fixed with an actual training mode, with timed matches, full range of practice weapons and no deaths, just points. I got 3 friends to get this game because it looked fun, now I owe each of them money, because none of us wanna play this.

I honestly can't recommend getting this game unless it's on sale, If it's late at night expect sweaty servers (nearly un-playable if you're new or trying to re-learn controls.) Overall the theme and graphics, as well as all of the modes to play on are pretty fun and rewarding. But my main problem is there's no like skill based match making. It's not hard to implement it is a "battle royale" technically speaking and I personally feel like its a lacking feature. this game needs like servers for online that are for specifically new players. Because it's over-whelming and makes you feel like you wasted your money when you hop into an online match and then proceeded to get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ on by the whole server, like the whole server like I don't even care I'm dying bro but when it gets to the point when all i want to do is a bit of chill fighting after work and the game is just unplayable because all the sweats are on. just add chill servers bro like damn figure out something. This game IS A GEM BUT it lacks spirit for real. 4/10 game
This game is genuinely fun and a great way to kill time, but now I understand why it's so cheap. The servers are absolutely flooded with cheaters. Hackers ruin almost every match, throwing everyone's weapons away, attacking at impossible speeds, and completely destroying any sense of fair gameplay. It makes the game almost unplayable. If you have spare money and just want to add it to your Steam collection, go ahead. Otherwise, don't waste your time. Despite having a lot of entertainment value, the overall experience is terrible because of the overwhelming cheating problem. It honestly feels like the developers have completely stopped caring about dealing with hackers.
Full of cheaters
This game took everything from me. 10/10, would lose it all again.
Great game, currently unplayable because of cheaters. Do not buy until fixed.
