Не совсем понял в чем смысл играть с стокфиш с рейтингом около 1500-2000, новичкам в шахматах будет слишком сложно, тем кто играет слишком легко, больше в игре ничего нет. Так-то в шахматы с ботами поиграть можно где угодно и бесплатно, а в свободном режиме и "карты" не нужны, отменяй ходы и двигай фигуры как вздумается.

its just ai on max difficulty and you sometimes get cards that either give you an undo or the ability to extend your knight range (which is bad imo) and the abiltiy for the rook to jump over a friendly (which i also think its kinda bad lol)

Underwelming the ui is nice, but thats just a skin. the level is high. im not an amazing chess player, im 1150, but im not in a minority. you're playin a bot without a soul. it'll slowly break your structure and win enough advantage to trade you into an end game and win. surgical. like stockfish. i dont need to pay 8€ to get beaten by stockfish (im not saying its on the highest level of course). there should be a narrative, a story, the players should have unique play styles. theres not even a dificulty adjustment. for chess. that's wild. the powerups are not impressive, not powerful, and way too situational to be uselful. it doesnt shake the game enough. they dont even make a dent.
