Charged! is a competitive, class-based third person shooter, with the intriguing skill based handling and controls of a racing game. Choose from a series of “battle-modified” radio-controlled cars, helicopters and aircraft and engage in dynamic battles over ressources (“Scrap”) and control over objectives (“Charge Stations”) with up to 10 players.
Who didn’t imagine equipping their RC-Vehicles with a nail gun, some firecrackers and new years rockets and having crazy battles with their friends in skateparks, malls or museums as a kid?! Isn’t that part of what makes video games great, providing
experiences you otherwise never could?
Whether on land or in the air, Charged! lives from its combined arms formula. Each vehicle has its own strengths,weaknesses and characteristics. Find the best way to support your team with your given toolkit and combine your unique abilities creatively to come out victorious!
The unique speeds, handling and movement capabilities of each vehicle, paired with verticality leads to a variety of intricate movement possibilities, and in itself is the foundation for a high skill ceiling and substantial gameplay depth and most importantly - a whole lot of fun!
Use the “Scrap” your team gathered to further “Overvolt” your vehicle. Counteract weaknesses, amplify strengths or enhance your utility. You can upgrade your vehicle each round, so you can adjust to your team's needs and facilitate your preferred playstyle. Your game, your choice, play each class the way you want to play it!
