I found this to be incredibly boring. It has such little substance to it. Ceress is killed for ... um, I'm not sure exactly? Flashbacks give hints, but they're vague. Anyway, part of her being killed had to do with being in love with Orea. So, maybe for homophobic reasons? Whatever. The point being, she gets killed and then vows in the spirit realm that she'll fight her way out of it to be with Orea again. It involves simple puzzles and a little bit of stealth. The [i]only[/i] story bits are from the flashbacks, which are, as I said, [i]vague[/i] and not all that interesting. I completed the game within an hour and was bored the entire time.

a short but very good and cute adventure game. I recommend it. a couple of puzzles. some read scenes. good pixel graphic. the price of this game is alright.

Decent & short RPG Maker game that doesn't have any combat but instead it has storytelling combined with light puzzles (easy puzzles thank you lord) Has no replay value but for 1 buck I think it's a fairly good adventure to embark on.

I’m usually a bit hesitant with LGBT stories because a lot of them can feel forced to me, but this one genuinely surprised me in the best way possible. The art and environment design are absolutely gorgeous, the music is relaxing, the puzzles are fun to solve, and the story is short yet incredibly engaging. I actually went into it without even knowing it was an LGBT story at first. The visuals caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try, and wow… it really pulled at my heartstrings. This gets a ♥ Lovely (´,,• ω•,,)ﾉﾞ♡ rating from me!

Fiquei bastante em dúvida entre recomendar ou não recomendar esse jogo, porque ele acerta exatamente onde as minhas expectativas estavam, mas, em compensação, já joguei alguns jogos mais longos aqui na Steam que eram gratuitos e não tinham uma qualidade gráfica muito diferente de Ceress and Orea. Ele tem vibes fortes de jogos de RPG Maker antigos e acompanha a história de Ceress desafiando a morte para voltar para Orea, a sua namorada mágica. Ou não, já que um dos defeitos do jogo, na minha opinião, é a superficialidade na qual a história se situa. Há bons ganchos para que o mundo onde o jogo se passa seja melhor construído, mas nunca se chega além, como quando recebemos a informação de que [spoiler]Orea é um oráculo, mas não sabemos nem mesmo o que isso significa[/spoiler]. A gameplay é curtíssima, comigo batendo em parede e caminhando pelos cenários do jogo sem estar indo atrás dos objetivos, terminei em 1 hora. No entanto, existem alguns pros que eu gostaria de mencionar. Em alguns momentos pontuais, desenhos das duas personagens aparecem e eles são muito bonitos. Além disso, a animação da pixel art nas cutscenes é muito detalhada. Fiquei impressionada ao perceber, já que a animação de caminhada da personagem é bem esquisita. No fim, eu o recomendo desde que mantenha todos esses fatores em mente. Além disso, recomendo esperar a promoção que o jogo tem de tempos em tempos que deixa seu preço ainda mais barato, dá pra comprar com créditos de cartas vendidas tranquilamente.

Ceress and Oree é um jogo curto que conta a historia de Cress uma guerreira que foi condenada a morte por amar Orea. o jogo foca na narrativa com um romance Yuri, com tema em destino sacrifício e resistência. os puzzles são super simples e nada complexo que faz vc avançar na historia. é emocionante simples e bem feito. eu diria que é ideal para quem gosta de historia curtas. não vai achando que vai ter mecânicas complexas. o forte do jogo é o enredo e o sentimento. recomendo para quem quer algo rápido, bonito e feito com carinho.

I've played this a few times. It's a lovely story to come back and revisit - a quick journey to reunite with a lost love. Quick, fairly easy, and heart-warming.
