Terria for poor gaymers.
A neat little 2d survival game full of infinite possibilities similar to those of Minecraft and Terraria. Has its bugs and still needs polishing, but its currently in an enjoyable state.
There are many games out there that try to be as good as Terraria is and sometimes they fail and sometimes they succeed. This game is trying and it might succeed in becoming very nice. Only waiting for interesting game mechanics which makes this game stand out from the rest. There are some glitches with the torches sometimes, nothing big. @dev - keep up the good work, don't abandon it! Besides, it's not finished yet. Early Access, people will be following this game, awaiting new updates and such! Like this other game: Dig or Die, another game that tried and succeeded, it came with a twist and with very interesting mechanics, with the water and gaining energy from it. I hope Cave Game will do so as well.

"Cave Game" is a completely garbage abandoned Early Access ripoff of Terraria. Terraria from Temu, if you like. Needless to say, this abandonware has no value for gamers, it's worse than Terraria in every respect and not even a complete game. The developers abandoned this 2 years and 1 month ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $1 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on unfinished, low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. This is a slap in the face to anyone naive enough to back this project thinking the developer would make good on their promises. Instead, the developers kept the money from all the backers they scammed. Not a single cent has been refunded. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
