Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is an amazing game! It has mining, hunting, farming, relationships, and just so many very cool details that make this game endearing. You are in the wild west and there are some very cool conversations with the characters who are all like you just trying to survive out here in the wild. For those who prefer more chill game play you can turn off enemies in your settings. I got shot and robbed at one point and decided to try that out. Totally chill!
I'm a huge fan of Stardew Valley, and also love Westerns. Well, this is a perfect combination of the two. It's not just a Stardew clone though - Cattle Country definitely does it's own thing, with compelling storylines and characters.

So far I just love how much bigger the world and the town feel than any other "rural life" sim I've ever played. I've played for a few hours already but I haven't even seen most of the map because the wilderness area is actually significantly bigger than the settled part. It feels a lot more wide open and, I guess, rural than most of these games I've played. And the map has more character. It feels like someone involved in the development may have been to the countryside before They've cleaned up a lot of the boring aspects of these games. The tools don't decay and the watering animation is super fast. I also appreciate that the fishing minigame has a tangible end. That's what makes it actually kind of fun and relaxing to me and not a chore. A bar bounces back and forth and you get a few chances to click when it's in the right place. What a relief it is to pass or fail and not struggle endlessly with the mystery fish that turns out to be an old boot...
If you like Stardew you'll like Cattle Country. New characters, new mechanics, new goals. But it doesn't feel tedious, or like you don't have enough energy, or get annoyed with certain things quickly. Very well balanced in gameplay and time
Overall it's fine. A lot more unique than a lot of other cozy farming sim type games coming out right now, and big bonus to it not being laggy as a lot of new pixel games are. I really like the mining system compared to the old school Harvest Moon style, and the hunting and focus on farming animals is fun. I also like how you unlock things by befriending people. Some of the decisions and bugs kind of ruin it though. You can't sell items.....like really? In this type of game? like why??? They do give you the ability to deconstruct items, except most of the deconstructed items bug out and don't stack, then disappear and you can't deconstruct weapons so I just have a box full of guns. The amount of building materials needed to do things don't match and are clearly meant to make you grind. You can't pet your dog and cat right after each other for some reason. You bug out and can't use certain items like the shipping bin until you change item slots, which leads to lots of accidents. I could go on forever. there is a lot. There isn't a clear story or way to guide you either so you can miss doing things fairly easily as well and there isn't a real reason to do certain things like upgrades. So overall it's fine, but it really feels unfinished and kinda empty.
Good game. I'm surprised there isn't more people getting the achievements (I won't act like i know the history if this had a rough early access or what happened). However as the current standing of playing it in March 2026 it's a good game, it runs like it's competition Stardew Valley. A little buggy, the crops did kinda have visual glitch when grown next to each other but nothing that broke the game for me. Overall if you're chasing a pixel farm sim high like stardew valley this game is definitely worth a shot.
Great game, very typical for the type of farming sim like stardew valley and harvest moon but has a world even more filled than any other I've played before. Even the little detail of watching people transporting stuff from one place to another makes it feel alive in a way other games don't usually. The farming/crafting component so far is a lot of fun and the animals are super cute. The mining system in particular is a really interesting twist on the usual genre, as is the combat systems which so far work really well. The mini-games for the festivals so far are a lot of fun. Generally, a great twist on the cozy genre and I can't wait to get back to it!
This game is adorable and relaxing!
