Cats Around Us: Giant Cat

I spent more time solving puzzles than finding cats, but still cute. 3/10

[h3] [b] CATS AROUND US: GIANT CAT [/b] [/h3] Relaxing and funny game where you just need to find hidden cats. Once you find them all, you just completed the whole game. Sounds easy right? Some cats are really tough to find but you will figure it out. If you can´t find some of them there is hint system that will help you. Art and music fits together nicely. In case you are still missing some cats or side-quests, just take a look at my guide. :) Overall it is a good game to decompress. The gameplay will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour max. GL & HF.

I like the color options, the cats are easy enough to spot, the comic is fun. The jigsaw puzzles were so simple. I didn't use the paint tools, I only knews about the cursor change when I was trying to get the last few achievements. All and all a fun game!

Ein schnelles & einfaches Suchspiel bei dem man Katzen finden muss. Hierbei hat man insgesamt 4 Level in denen man sowohl Katzen als auch Puzzle-Teile finden muss. Vor dem Freischalten der Level muss man erstmal das dazugehörige Puzzle absolvieren. Die Katzen sind unterschiedlich groß & meiner Meinung nach auch recht einfach zu finden. Was ich persönlich noch gut finde ist, dass man die Hintergrundmusik & die Hintergrundfarben wechseln kann um es sich bunter/angenehmer für die Augen gestalten zu können. Ebenso das man zwischendurch so kleinere Puzzle machen kann. Ich würde dem ganzen eine positive Bewertung geben & empfehlen es zu kaufen, wenn es etwas reduziert wurde bzw. direkt als Bundle wenn man diese Spielreihe gut findet.

Amusingly the only cat I missed on the first level was the giant one. A very short game, but just as cute and enjoyable as you expect from these devs. This game would be particularly good for young children, and those looking to relax. Not only is it a hidden cat game with jigsaw puzzles between the levels, but it's also a very short comic. 4 small pages of a comic which shows a brief story in images. Each page has cats and puzzle pieces to find. When you collect all of the puzzle pieces and complete the level, you can then complete a jigsaw puzzle in order to unlock the next page. The puzzles are small, but there's an added challenge of not knowing what the final image will look like, and the need to rotate the pieces. - You can choose the colour of the background, the line art, and the cats separately. - The zoom feature is very good. - There are no flashing or moving images within the levels themselves, although when you click each cat small shooting stars will appear around it, and when you complete a level there will be more shooting stars and a jumping cat to celebrate. You will also need to rotate some of the puzzle pieces. The level is complete once you've found all the cats, but you won't be able to unlock the next level unless you also find all of the puzzle pieces. You can still begin the puzzle even if you are missing pieces - so if you're trying to complete a puzzle but find you don't have enough pieces, go back to the previous level and check that you got them all.

Just finished playing this game and I really enjoyed solving puzzles and clicking on hidden cats and puzzle pieces. I need more Cats Around Us games and I will be totally supporting Noobzilla because small indie teams are well deserved. It's super fun and easy to click on cats you're supposed to find. The drawings are pretty and adorable. The music sounds wonderful too. This is why cats are my favourite animals and I'm totally getting a cat in a few years. I will highly recommend this game because you might enjoy clicking on cats and solving puzzles and you may be a cat lover.

Its a really fun hidden cat game. Its got some serious lag though!
