This of a really fun short game. While both the side and main questions mostly boil down to the same gameplay loop; it’s pretty fun.! I personally played as a sourcerer during my playthrough , and left the melee combat to the dog. I personally love the artstyle: it’s super cute, and even the monsters had was very aesthetically pleasing. The soundtrack is limited but it does the job well. The story is very good considering the game it’s for; it even had a plot twist I didn't see coming. I also love the cat/dog pound that’s it’s scattered throughout the dialogue - it was great! Overall I would recommend this game! While I’ve didn’t 100% it, it was fun, sweet, and didn’t overstay it’s welcome.

На этой части заканчивается моё прохождение данной серии игр. Разраб ушёл в полное детство, убрав хоть какой-то челлендж и что самое худшее, тут нужно играть двумя персонажами. Не сравнится с первой частью. За третью часть делаю возврат
Наконец-то завершили с сыном (5 лет) Cat Quest 2. В целом игра очень даже неплохая. Если честно, каких-то особых отличий от первой части я не заметил — по сути, это всё тот же Cat Quest, только теперь с коопом. Но именно кооп здесь и делает игру намного интереснее, особенно если проходить её вместе с ребёнком. В целом было весело и мне, и ему. Правда, ближе к эндгейму местами становилось уже трудновато для маленького ребёнка. В итоге мне периодически приходилось брать на себя сразу две роли: хилера и танка, принимающего на себя основной удар, пока сын старался просто не умереть. Для комплита игра не особо напряжная, но вот искать абсолютно все шмотки и зачищать каждую пещеру — это уже довольно душное занятие. Причём сын от всех этих поисков начал довольно сильно уставать и в последнее время уже не особо хотел возвращаться в игру. Но в итоге мы всё-таки зачистили финальную пещеру — и тут неожиданно сын с радостью заявил, что готов идти дальше на NG+. В общем, если ищете несложную кооперативную RPG, чтобы поиграть вместе с ребёнком, Cat Quest 2 вполне можно рекомендовать. Как самостоятельная игра она не особо сильно отличается от первой части, но возможность пройти её вдвоём — уже достаточно веская причина обратить на неё внимание.
Symbolism all around the place, and the game view angle is super annoying, beside the repetitive story wich is all around monsters to attack.. this in a way or another small LoL game.
