Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome to Castle Craft, where chaos reigns and creativity knows no bounds. Dive into an epic siege sandbox where you can build massive castles in a fully destructible voxel world.
Prepare your economy and defend your fortress against relentless hordes of quirky enemies in magnificent battles that combine mayhem with physics-driven fun.
Castle Craft is the ultimate mashup of voxel sandbox shenanigans, action-packed gameplay, and horde defense madness.

In Castle Craft, you are the lord of your castle and can build your dream castle! Well. Sort of.
You serve as the beloved and esteemed King Debimius’ right hand. As he will kindly remind you, “You work, I get the credit.”
Relentless and regularly evolving hordes of enemies are going to fling themselves at your dream castle on a regular basis. But you get the luxury of a veritable smorgasbord of traps and mechanics that can be combined for maximum destruction!

As an incredibly loyal vassal, you don’t need to build every block individually. Nor do you need to mine the necessary resources yourself. Instead, count on the help of your thriving artisan economy right within your castle walls and surrounding fields to make resource collection an absolute breeze.
With a flourishing economy, automate the process of creating increasingly impressive structures. Then use the fruits of your villager’s labor to train a fearless band of defenders. Pair them strategically with your ingenious traps to create a fortress that is both fun and formidable.

Jump into the fray and wield unique magical abilities with the power to terraform the landscape. Alongside your insanely chaotic siege weaponry, you can turn the tide of battle and prove your mettle.
This becomes incredibly important as you must defend your castle against ever-evolving enemy units that come equipped with wilder and more challenging abilities and traits over time. Nobody said castle crafting would be easy.
Also did we mention that the entire environment is destructible? Everything can be altered by damage and magic.

Why swing a sword when gravity will do it for you?
Castle Craft's physics turn every block, gust, and spark into a weapon waiting to be rigged. Drop voxels from above to crush whatever's below.
Channel wind tunnels to turn loose debris into deadly projectiles. Chain a jumping pad into a row of spikes, then into another wind tunnel that hurls the survivors off the map entirely. Line the approach with magnets to yank unsuspecting invaders straight into your nastiest surprise. The contraptions you can build are limited only by your imagination.

Your work will be put to the test in Castle Craft. Consistently growing waves of enemies will probe your defenses and repeatedly lay siege to your castle. Join the battle yourself or focus on coordinating your forces.
Will you invest your resources into improved castle structures, a larger defending force, or your own character? Your choices determine the course of your campaign to expand and defend your kingdom. No pressure.

This is a sad review for me. I played this game a few months ago and forgot to leave a positive review singing it's praises as a very early access game that blends Colony Crafting, Voxel terrain manipulation + tower defence flawlessly while also having the ability to start new maps while gaining the income of your own colony! The performance was stellar and i often left it running and building/fighting while alt tabbed. I came back to it today to see what's new and gave up after half an hour. Screen tearing, flickering buildings, colonists no longer build while in menu's... Whoever is responsible for optimising this game has somehow made it far, far worse then it was months ago. For now i'd avoid if your on the fence. It's a brilliant concept of a game but the dev's have somehow managed to ruin the optimisation to the stage where i was getting a headache from the flickering structures after less then half an hour of playtime.
Please fix the trees growing in the ground..... wood cutters cant reach it and just bug out. 0 wood generation

I would barely consider it a game. It might be decent one day but it needs A LOT of WORK.
tired of bugs like friendly troops not attacking or moving, enemies not attacking or moving, traps like thumper not working as intended, villagers still after many patches/ updates getting stuck and not going to their tasks, battle instantly starting after finishing the previous have to quit out to actually get the timer to continue building. then they did a UI update that wasnt necessary and took a ton of time to come out which coulda gone towards fixing these things or bringing more content to the game but the update wiped all my progress which was a decent amount of playtime, who knows if they will pull something like that again so makes me hesitant to invest time. the biggest W by far since launch is the making own map and having them downloadable which is nice i guess but i would never recommend this game to anyone.
Very much worth the money. There's not that mutch depth to the gameplay and performance can get really bad but the inclusion of the casual mode makes all the difference I spent more than a month just playing the game in the background building up defenses between waves. 100% recommend
Starts off pretty slow (especially when you don't know what you're doing). Once you get rolling, by around wave 5-6, you have a lot to do. My only complaint / criticism right now is that a vast majority of the traps push/move enemies around and don't seem to be very useful. I ended up building a big wall, lined it with ballistas and archers and beat wave 15. The tech tree is a bit light, by wave 15, beating the first map/area, I have nothing to look forward to if I were to keep playing. There aren't any new traps, weapons, or skills to unlock.
This game is unbelievably amazing!! I always wanted to play a game like "Colony Survival" but its mechanics and graphics were a hard turn off for me. This game is exactly what I was looking for and is incredibly fun to play on and I highly recommend it for anyone who does! Unironically just sat down to merely hop in a see what it was like and 2 hours blew by so fast I was really surprised. Usually I pay attention to time in case of refund but this game genuinely had me hooked immediately! The building is extremely enjoyable, easy to use, and really intuitive to get into. Slightly confused with different types of blocks since you have to switch the type from like defense blocks to weapon placements, then use a different button to scroll through the different types in that group.. But honestly the controls are really solid! Using scroll to rotate is so simple I'm mind blown I haven't seen any other game use it! I think the tech tree for unlocking stuff is hard to get used to since it only shows a hand full of items which you have to double click to see more for each type.. I think it would be better to have it more of a traditional tech tree with the blocks in a list showing you different branches. That way you can see everything and not miss important blocks like "Fields" for food just because they were hidden behind another block. I also played on (UPDATE: Thought I was on easy but I was not!) "Mere Mortal" mode since the game allows you to choose your difficulty and had no issues completely curbstomping the enemy but maybe its completely different on other difficulties. I absolutely recommend this game on sale, in fact I would recommend it even full price because its truly amazing and its a game I'm going to sink a lot of time into 💖 I'm also going to promote this game to all of my friends as well!!! 💖 And for anyone struggling, the strats I used was to put myself in front of the enemy convoy and try to take as much aggro as possible while not getting hit so my ballista's behind me picked them off one by one. I also had layers of wood walls and corridors full of spike traps!
I just wanted a cool game to sit down and have fun with but the controls just felt so indie... I can't be bothered needing to fight the control of a game, like when you have the cursor active, you can't click the UI? If you try to press something it will build stuff you don't want for instance but you'll see what I mean within 20 minutes. The issue is that I shouldn't need to learn this very strict control setup, like for instance if you press ESC while in building mode, it doesn't exit build mode, it just opens the menu, so you have to go and press 0 to close it and small things like that.
it crashes constantly, it needs the option to save without leaving the world you are building. Nothing is worse than building a "castle" only to have the game crash and you lose 10 minutes of progress!
It's just ok.
