Casino Casualty

The main story mode of Casino Casualty is a pretty novel idea and I do think it is very well executed, but if I may be honest, it's not fully my thing. HOWEVER,,,, House of Cards is one of my new favorite survival horror games ever, fantastic stuff, 100% recommend it. The gameplay is so creative, the character designs and voice performances are great, and I will be coming back to it again many times in the future!

Biased but I love Mayor Mac

I have to start this review by saying that it's easy to assume there's bias because I voice a large portion of the game, but my opinions are still mine. Largely overall my opinion is that I love the House of Cards update! Base Casino Casualty from the original Itch release wasn't my cup of tea as cool as I thought it was thematically. House of Cards made this a much greater experience for me. The puzzles are fun, the cast is blend of weirdos, and having multiple endings is pretty sick too with playthroughs being perfect for speedrunning. Mascot horror titles are not my thing. FNAF didn't do much for me. For some reason, I was sold on the look of everything and the theme overall the moment I saw these characters. There's a fun blend of mascot horror with survival horror elements that, and quick playability that really set up the flair for me, and give me plenty of reasons to dive back in. Collectibles are abound between both story modes too so there's plenty to sink your teeth into for the $8 price tag.

Reignited my gambling addiction in one mode, made me want to fist fight a penguin in the other. You did great Glitch, proud of you buddy.

One of the best refreshing horror games to drop this year with surprisingly great character focus's and mechanics a genuine rush that i can't get enough of

I know that I'm a voiceover artist for this, but I promise my opinions are not biased by that or my bond with the developer or the other voiceover artists. I was extremely charmed by the main game, even if the gameplay loop was a little shallow on paper, and a little tedious in practice. All of the other artists did incredibly well, the game was very pretty, and the sound design was stellar! The sequel mode, House of Cards, however... That takes this game from a seven out of ten all the way to a ten out of ten. The gameplay is thrilling, the art is gorgeous, the voice-over work has been kicked up ten notches, and the audio design is beyond impeccable, not to mention the wonderful story. I highly recommend this game, to any fans of point-and-click survival and to any fans of gambling.

As someone who isnt too big on gambling and has only beaten the easy mode and working on house of cards mode, I Personally love what ive played so far, the controls for House of cards could be better but still, i so far highly recommend it for A...Gambling horror game...(god that feels so strange to type) anyway 9/10

Genuinely a really fun and unique take on point and click gameplay that mixes that FNAF inspired charm with stuff straight out of the early 2000s Plus! Basically two indie games in one with the secondary game mode! So it's even more worth to boot Also scary, I got jumped like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 4 times in my bits of playing and that was only in a few runs of the second mode PLAY IT IT'S COOL.

Fun twist on the sit-n-survive formula with a gambling-focused main gamemode and a bonus freeroam puzzle-stealth take on point and click games. Overall good value for the price point and offers a lot of replayability with various challenges and achievements.
