Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0.2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game was spooky at times, honestly my favorite parts were where i forgot it was a horror game- just caring for the old man- then something scary happened. however, some of the events were difficult to solve, like it wasn't meant to be a puzzle, yet i spent way too much time on it anyways (like figuring out Jefferson had to help us at the end trying not to spoil). Overall an enjoyable game- maybe add an arachnophobia warning for anyone playing though... lol
Very nice game!!! Pls play it!

Ti fai domande continuamente. Quel vecchio è davvero pazzo? Perché tutti sembrano trattarlo in quel modo? Cosa sta realmente succedendo? Dopo averlo finito, faccio davvero fatica a consigliarlo a qualcuno. Un potenziale enorme. Un'atmosfera straordinaria. Un'occasione completamente sprecata. ENGLISH CARE builds horror through uncertainty. It creates anxiety because you never truly know what's happening. For most of the experience, you're not even sure the monster actually exists. You keep questioning everything. Is the old man really losing his mind? Why is everyone treating him this way? What's actually happening? That uncertainty is exactly what makes the game so compelling. The gameplay also works really well. It's essentially a walking simulator focused on exploration and investigation, offering plenty of interactions and environmental details that make uncovering the mystery genuinely engaging. The audiovisual presentation is another huge strength. The stop-motion-inspired visuals are beautiful, while the outstanding sound design keeps the tension high without relying on cheap horror tricks. Unfortunately, everything falls apart during the second half. This is where CARE completely loses its momentum. The game starts feeling artificially stretched. Instead of naturally guiding the player, it becomes frustrating simply because it stops communicating where you're supposed to go or what you're supposed to do. I almost never use guides when playing games, but this time I had no choice. What's even worse is that there aren't even proper walkthroughs online I ended up watching a full YouTube playthrough just to understand how to progress. The carefully crafted tension disappears, replaced entirely by frustration. And the ending doesn't make up for any of it. After hours of wandering around without a clear direction, the conclusion feels incredibly flat. There's no memorable revelation or emotional payoff that justifies everything you've been through. When the credits rolled, my only thought was that I had wasted four hours of my life. And that's the biggest disappointment. Because CARE had everything it needed to become a memorable psychological horror experience. The atmosphere, the art direction, the sound design, and the mystery are all outstanding. But a poorly designed second half ends up destroying everything the first half built so brilliantly. Maybe that's also why so few people talk about it. I don't think it's just because of the lack of marketing. After finishing it, I genuinely struggle to recommend it to anyone. Amazing potential. Incredible atmosphere. Completely wasted.
i like the atmosphere very much! creepy and also somewhat calming/relaxing when played at night.. interesting plot, great style overall, sounds and objects .. but some mid- or late(?)game decisions are pretty annoying (minor spoiler/location:
the hellish silent hill like world. i know its not supposed to be beautiful, but why every second horror game needs such world, it wears out..iam not through so far and i very much hope, there will be gametime left in the manor or other truely creepy locations or puzzles
) overall i hope to see more from these guys!
Positive review, but would prefer to leave it as mixed. The game starts off really great. Graphics and animations are atmospheric and really well done, and the first few hours are super tense and engaging. Like another review said, it's at its best when you forget this is an horror game and you just try to take care of an elder man, only for something scary to happen and throw you off again. I can't say i enjoyed the puzzles. Trying to understand what was good or bad for the old man was what i liked the most, but the actual puzzles for progressing that came after that are sincerely obtuse and reminded me of the old style of puzzle adventures games "try to click and search everywhere" while having little clues. I resorted to hints given by the developers (something that i actually appreciated) to understand how to progress. The game has good plot twist (even if i didn't really enjoyed them, but that's on me because i expected something really different, so no blame to devs), but the final section of the game was just a slog for me. Having to navigate big areas while being impaired just for the sake of it, as this form of impairment actually have function in the gameplay only on the very final stretch. I feel kinda sad, because i feel like this game was really special, but in the end fell in the usual clichés and slippery slopes that haunt indie horror games since a few years. Much of the fault is probably my own as i had different expectations, which is why i'm still leaving a positive review as i think the devs still did an amazing job, but...i just feel like this is wasted potential. I don't think it's worth it's full price, would just suggest on trying it if on sale.
I never really write reviews but I really enjoyed this game. I think the concept is really cool and was executed extremely well. If your into this sort of genre, definitely give it a try.
Great horror game, criminally underrated. The ambiance, mood, and graphics are really good—like, REALLY good (the animations are chef's kiss). The story holds up for the majority of the playthrough, but it gets kinda bad (and strange?) near the end—it doesn't make much sense at all. BUT by all means buy it, you surely won't regret it. Just don't watch any gameplay or spoilers before playing.
