Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In a universe where life’s moments are extracted from mortals and transformed into sentient books for consumption by higher beings, a lowly librarian and a book without a moment of its own are coerced into solving the mystery of a missing God.
BURDEN STREET STATION is a narrative adventure about dead-end platforms and unfinished stories. Which version of yourself will help make sense of someone else’s pain?
Change yourself to change others. Traits are emotional prosthetics. Each one calibrates how the world responds to you and what it believes you deserve.
Words dig deeper than they should. Speak kindly, and they open up. Speak incorrectly and something breaks. Sometimes they flinch. Sometimes they remember what it felt like to be whole. And you wonder why you feel it too.
Lotown, Pipelines, Hitown - each area a dream in slow decay, its artist missing. Every place a memory dreamt by someone else. And yet… you’ve definitely been here before.
Memo will just about tolerate you - so long as you help her finally gain her story.
Creation is messy. Closure is divine. You are a bridge between godhood and regret, not just shaping conversations, but carrying something left behind. Something that still wants to be understood.

One of the most unique things I've ever experienced. Talking to characters feels meaningful and actually takes you somewhere. All the dialogue is rich and it's paired with a great cast of creatures. It takes a while to get invested in their stories, but as time goes on you actually start to relate in a way. The constant tension between a greater mystery and just casual conversations is almost terrifying in a way, like there's nothing to be done. The overarching mystery of how God disappeared is, of course, what takes the spotlight in actually getting you invested. However, such an intriguing premise somehow gets outshined by the journey, as cliche as that might sound. And by the end, I honestly believe that's the point. Visually, the game is also stunning. With images as confusing as its story, everything feels... weird. I had a persisting feeling that everything was being held together by a string. From the character design to the backgrounds, it was all so colorful and all over the place, which is what makes it so charming. Paired with the music, it's (again) SUCH a tense atmosphere between a worry-less/doomed world. The only criticism I can truly give this game are the dialogue choices. They WILL feel random for the first 2/3rds of the game, and the mechanic itself doesn't feel satisfying. // With every abstract piece of media, there's always that thought: do I really understand what it means? Well, maybe I don't. But what I got from it probably matters most. And what did I get? Well, I'd recommend you see it for yourself. 8.3/10 (for a ~3 hour game)

Burden Street Station is a highly emotional game with well-developed storytelling, that not only pulls at the heartstrings but also leaves so much room for self-reflection. In the hands of the right person at the right time, I truly believe this could resonate deeply enough to alter someone's life. Iodine has mastered the art of describing exactly what it means to be human through quirky yet deeply grounded characters. An absolutely beautiful game, I am SO glad I was offered the chance to stream this!! Thank you for giving me an unforgettable experience!

Such a cool game! Beautiful art and worldbuilding, really entertaining characters and dialogue, great animations, good sound design... This game is very cool, I loved the story and the execution of it all! No complains really, would definitely recommend, also Lydia is the coolest character by far. Full stop.
