Ja, wie der Name schon sagt, baut man hier Häuser wirklich von Grund auf. Im Vertragsmodus führt einen der Roboter Bill Derr durch verschiedene Aufträge und erklärt die Abläufe. Später kann man im Sandbox-Modus eigene Grundrisse entwerfen, fertige Baupläne verwenden oder Projekte aus dem Steam Workshop herunterladen. Auf der Baustelle wird das Fundament vorbereitet, Beton angemischt und gegossen, danach werden Wände Stein für Stein hochgezogen. Anschließend setzt man Fenster und Türen ein, baut das Dach, verputzt und streicht die Wände, verlegt Böden und kümmert sich um die Einrichtung. Das geht wesentlich genauer ins Detail als erwartet. Statt eine Baufirma zu verwalten oder schwere Maschinen zu fahren, ist man hier praktisch der komplette Bautrupp in einer Person. Wenn alles funktioniert, ist es schon befriedigend, aus einem leeren Grundstück langsam ein fertiges Haus entstehen zu sehen. Allerdings wiederholen sich die Handgriffe ziemlich schnell. Gerade größere Gebäude bestehen aus viel Laufen, Material holen, Mörtel anrühren und dem Setzen von nem Arsch voll Steine. Einige Interaktionen sind unnötig umständlich, Bill Derr kann mit seinem Gerede nerven und gelegentlich hängt der Fortschritt bei 99 Prozent, weil irgendwo noch ein winziger Fleck Putz fehlt. Auch Dächer und ungewöhnliche Grundrisse bringen das System teilweise durcheinander. Builder Simulator ist gut, wenn man gerne ruhig vor sich hin baut und jeden Arbeitsschritt selbst erledigen möchte. Der ganz große geile ♥♥♥♥ ist es aber nicht. Dafür sind die Abläufe zu eintönig und einige Systeme noch etwas unfertig. Für ein paar entspannte Bauprojekte funktioniert es trotzdem ordentlich – besonders, wenn man das Spiel günstig bekommt und danach nicht direkt den Meisterbrief erwartet. In diesem Sinne, habt Spaß :)

Максимально упрощенный симулятор строителя. Есть баги, но не критичные, игра отлично пойдет под просмотр подкаста или музыку. Обучение норм, но режим контрактов это унылое дерьмо, под конец вообще одно и то же - фундамент, кладка кирпича, крыша, внутренние стены и все по кругу. Мебель в игре только для галочки существует, этим вы пользоваться почти не будете. DLC за 300 рублей с 3 контрактами найс доилка. Закрывается на 100% норм. Покупаем только по максимальной скидке, за фулл прайс разочаруетесь. Кто хочет себя попробовать в роли неполноценного строителя можно поиграть на пару часов, в остальном не очень. 6 кирпичей из 10.

first off let me just say this game is fantastic. the level of depth in the build mechanics and the quality of life features like the plan checker and randomizer really help with smooth gameplay. i was incredibly impressed with the quality of this game, especially given the price. i bought it on discount for 4 dollars, but even at the full price of $20, i would absolutely say this game is worth it. at the time of writing this, i have played for roughly over an hour. i completed all tutorials and the first level. i was hesitant going into this game after reading some of the reviews, which were somewhat negative, but as i played, the game proved them wrong one after another. especially with the tutorial builder guy. one review stated that he was an annoying and unnecessary rip-off of claptrap, but i whole heartedly disagree. sure he may make dumb jokes and talk a bit much, but he gives the game character, and a more memorable experience. this may not have won game of the year or anything, but i still think its great. i almost never write steam reviews, or for anything for that matter, but i thought it was necessary to give this game a glowing review as i am having a blast. great job guys

The actual building design capabilities needs a serious overhaul

O jogo tem seus pontos positivos e negativos, a proposta é muito boa, no inicio da construção é uma simulação muito boa, você ter que preparar o concreto ou o cimento, todo o preparo isolamentos de piso e paredes, tudo muito bem pensado, até a casa estar levantada e coberta, mas acho que falta mais opções de janelas portas e outros acessórios, também poderia melhorar a simulação dos acabamentos, esses são pontos que deixaram a desejar, pintura, reboco, colocação de piso e a decoração, isso acho que faltam mais opções e poderia melhorar na jogabilidade, mas o jogo em si tem uma boa proposta.
