this game is absolutely delightful. I was pulled in by a jerma video and the positive reviews despite the fact that the game looks like an xbox 360 release title and was delighted by its whimsy, puns, likable characters with relatable problems and very tight gameplay. It takes exactly as much time as it needs to to fully explore all its ideas and concludes. A delightful game.
this is quite a enjoyable game that you can set challenges for also it is packed with a great story i am bummed out that it does not have more... but is packed with content and plus they need another game but if i was you id buy this it has a great story i have not played long but its quite complete in all forms of enjoyment including completion, lore, twists, challenges, bosses and more... i will not spoil but the only downside is you will get attached and its short whoever read this BUY THE GAME ALREADY ITS FUN!

Some of the mechanics could be frustrating at times, but it never made the game unlikable, and good god it was phenomenal !
After 14 hours of playing this game, I have to say that it is one of the most interesting games I have ever gotten so far. The way I found out about this game was through a youtube video by a british man. Interested, I got the game when I found out it was on sale, and I couldn't love it more. I really like the art style of this game and every "grumpus" reminds me of puppets. Take that as you will but considering the fact that I turned everyone into abominations of food, this game was quite entertaining for me. Makes me wonder though, how would a vegan feel about this game. 10/10 game reminder I also have Postal so this isn't exactly the kind of game I would usually play :3.

Bugsnax are tasty, bugsnax are good.
This game has filled the Viva Pinata-shaped hole in my heart. 11/10 banger soundtrack that my sisters and I still listen to to this day. The characters are so charming and interesting in their own ways, even the ones that fall under tropes I don't always lean towards. The catch and collect gameplay is a lot of fun, though challenging at times. I would love to see the grumpuses in another universe some day.
