Súper genial el juego. Me gané la nostalgia ya que lo jugué en su momento porque venían en las cajas de cereal y volví a tener recuerdos muy buenos. Nunca lo había llegado a completar con todos los autos y ver el final fue una experiencia emocionante. Sin duda, valió la pena, aunque los controles eran un poco raros y era difícil conducir ciertos autos.

Browsing through Steam sales, I stumbled upon this game and thought: “hey, I used to play this as a kid.”. I bought it, installed it… and ended up disappointed. The game itself is still fun, a classic of PC racing, but what they’re selling here is the PlayStation 1 version, emulated in the worst possible way. It runs at 15–20 FPS, the visuals are awful, and any sense of smooth gameplay is gone. The worst part? The original PC version looked much better and ran flawlessly. In short: the game is great, but this port is a disaster. If you actually want to enjoy it, go find the original PC version (now abandonware) and play it the way it was meant to be played.

Hay 2 versiones en Steam de este juego (ambas emulan la versión de Play Station), entre las cuales prefiero está versión por las siguientes razones: - Tener opción de configurar controles. - Emulador viene con algunas opciones como mapeo de controles, audio y display dentro del juego y no desde un "Launcher" antes de iniciar. - Está versión viene de la mano de Gremlin Interactive como su desarrollador Las únicas desventajas que encontré fueron: - En algunas zonas el juego anda lento, como estar jugando en la Play Station!! - Sigo prefiriendo la versión gratuita que venía en los cereales Nestlé por ser una versión más enfocada en ser de PC Realmente no recomendaría este juego porque hay una versión mejor optimizada y gratuita para PC, pero por mala suerte, esa versión solo funcionó hasta Windows 7 y no hay forma de hacer que funcione en Windows 8, 10 u 11, y si existe alguna forma que yo desconozca para jugar esa versión, por favor me avisan. Por lo pronto, esta es la mejor versión compatible en computadoras actuales y por eso lo recomiendo. Estarás comprando un emulador con la rom Buggy (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It,Pt), y si no te gusta el emulador, puedes usar el emulador de tu preferencia y cargar la rom Buggy (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It,Pt) para escalarlo a 4k y todas las mejoras que quieras.

I love this game! It really feels like I am playing on my PlayStation 1 from back in the day again especially when using the ShaderGlass CRT Monitor filter while playing the game. I recommend giving these a try!

Solo lo adquirí por el recuerdo de esa promo de los cereales Nestlé.... Pero no vale la pena esta versión. Aquí se ejecuta con un emulador de PSX integrado... (y seguro hay mejores emuladores)... El juego no está bien optimizado y corre a un ritmo vergonzoso, independiente de la calidad de tus componentes.

I dont see any enhancements in the game, it doesnt run smoothly as the pc version which was the expected behavior.

I highly recommend this game for those who are looking for hidden gems from past eras in gaming. On the surface, there's a unique kart-ish racing game here, with a gimmick most similar to Lego Racers, where you build your own power ups by driving through colored gates in different orders. This in itself is fine, there's a sweet PS1 atmosphere with a very enjoyable soundtrack to accompany it all, and a relatively fun little remote controlled buggy "bouncy" physics to the driving. However, not all is as it seems. You will find that you can unlock additional buggies. Some are rewards for progressing in the hub by winning races but what about the many others that stay locked? Well I do not want to spoil it completely so that you have a reason to play and find out for yourself, but I recommend taking a trip over into Time Trial mode and exploring the levels. The way you unlock many buggies is really unique and - though I definitely view this with nostalgia glasses - I find it still a deeply fascinating example of game design to this day.
