Warning: Asset Flip!
Buddy and Lucky Solitaire is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Mens Sana Interactive, took the Polygon City Low Poly 3D Art Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, Synty Studios, combined it with someone else's klondike/solitaire asset pack, and dumped the result onto Steam. They also stole the low poly forest asset pack. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. Not their graphics, not their solitaire game, but they put their name on it, and they want your cash. It's intellectually dishonest and morally bankrupt to run these kinds of scams. It gives genuine indie developers who do the right thing a bad name. It gets worse... "Polygon City Low Poly 3D Art" has also been shamelessly dumped on Steam by other asset flippers apart from Mens Sana Interactive:

"City Things", asset flipped by HotFoodGames
Take a look for yourself... it's exactly the same graphics! Mens Sana Interactive has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Alice in Wonderland" = Jigsaw Puzzle Creator Kit developed by Allebi
"How Buddy’s parents met - a jigsaw puzzle tale" = Jigsaw Puzzle Creator Kit developed by Allebi
"Lucky and a Life Worth Living" = Jigsaw Puzzle Creator Kit developed by Allebi
"Magic Lessons in Wand Valley" = Jigsaw Puzzle Creator Kit developed by Allebi
"My Little Prince - a jigsaw puzzle tale" = Jigsaw Puzzle Creator Kit developed by Allebi
Because this is comprised entirely of copy + pastes of the original Unity assets, it's in violation of the Unity Asset Store Terms of Service and EULA. Specifically, Section 2, Subsection 2.2.1a:
Subject to the restrictions set forth in this EULA, Licensor hereby grants to the END-USER a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and perpetual license to the Asset solely:(a) to incorporate the Asset, together with substantial, original content not obtained through the Unity Asset Store, into an electronic application or digital media that has a purpose, features, and functions beyond the display, performance, distribution, or use of Assets ("Licensed Product") as an embedded component of that Licensed Product, such that the Asset does not comprise a substantial portion of the Licensed Product
Because the developer misused the asset packs such that they comprise the vast majority of this "game", the developer has unethically and deliberately breached the license agreement. Worse, this intellectual property violation was done in an attempt to profit from their illicit actions. Why is this permitted on Steam? The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Polygon City Low Poly 3D Art" is just a basic 3D low poly town asset pack for helping developers understand 3D modelling, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers.
Warning: Review Manipulation!
This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear almost immediately after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this review manipulation. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Mens Sana Interactive.
Profile Features Limited!
Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
A cute solitaire game with cat and dog themed decks. The controls leave a thing or two to be desired and the game should really check if it gave you a solvable game (I had a game where I couldn't do a single move and no, I am 100% sure I didn't miss anything). Other than that nothing much to say as it is simply a solitaire game. Works without any issues on Linux with Proton (6.3-7).

I love this game, and at the end of this review I'll reveal very interesting subliminal elements built into it, and why it is so relaxing - and addictive. This is the best Solitaire I have ever played in my 60 years as an aficionado. On the surface this seems so simple, but it is actually an incredibly complex and nuanced game. I have played 112 hours now, and have begun to see more and more layers within this game. Played simply as Solitaire on the easiest setting it is fun. You win often enough it gives a steady dose of endorphins, but you loose enough that it doesn't get boring. On the next level, it is far more challenging, but still winnable. Just don't expect it to be easy. In addition, there are fun little sub-games built into it. NOT mini-games, but activities you can perform in the immersive world which contains your solitaire tables. Three with Buddy the Kitty are in the city, while three more with Lucky the Dog are in the country. You can explore these animated environments, and discover items hidden within them. I didn't even notice these until I had been playing for some time. Finally, after you've found all items, you finish all achievements by winning a game in each scenario on both easy and hard mode. But unlike some games, when you finish these add-ons you'll have no desire to stop playing. The game is fun, but as you delve deeper you find there are so many more things to discover. As an example, can you beat the game with just one king left on the field? This takes strategy and planning, NOT luck. There is more, but I'll let you discover them for yourself. At the beginning of this review I said there are many subliminal elements built into it. I played a long time before i began to recognize the true complexity, and it is astounding! For example, the music - different in Buddy and Lucky's unique worlds - works on your mood much like Pachelbel's Canon in D. It affects on some deep level to place you almost into a trance of relaxation and peace. It never gets old or repetitious, and the way it is so soothing mentally and physically is astounding. But the inner complexities of this game run much deeper. As simple as this game seems, I honestly believe it is among the most complex, well engineered games in the world. When you complete the game and your cards all move into the suites at the top of the page there is a lovely chiming sound. The more cards still on the table the longer the sound. As I played hour after hour, day after day, I discovered this sound, also, has a soothing, calming effect. All these things and more I have discovered do not appear to be accidents of design. It would not surprise me at all to learn someone with a PhD in Psychology designed Buddy and Lucky Solitaire. Do I recommend you buy it? Absolutely! This has been life changing for me. I deal with a lot of stress in my professional life, and Buddy and Lucky Solitaire is my go to activity to unwind and have a very pleasant experience. Enjoy!

Cute solitaire
solitaire, either 1-draw or 3-draw mode, with buddy and lucky on the deck. also some hidden objects for achievements
