Bubble Ghost Remake

I rented (yes, rented) the original Game Boy game some 30 or so years ago (it was also on some of the personal computers of the time). I didn't beat it while I had it. Now I finally got the chance, and the new adventure is fun too. The original game is quite rare and hard to find. I never expected a remake to ever exist, but I'm glad someone liked it as much as I did. The Original mode is quite faithful, although I recall the shortcut paths being much closer to pixel perfect than in this version. Of course I realized later if you skip rooms, you limit your score at the end! Try to clear it all! And the new levels accompanied by a humorous rhyming story is quite fun. It's easy to play and hard to master. If you think you have, you can put that to the test with the built in speedrun mode. The game isn't too tough if you take your time, but going fast is very hard. Charming 2D graphics add to the enjoyment as well as all new boss fights. Definite reccomend from me! I doubt many people noticed this game, and its really a shame, It's one of those great games nobody's heard of.

Simples e leve, mas com uma história triste. Ele é um ótimo jogo, o fato de ter a bolha e uma ótima ideia até vc jogar, e perceber que ela estoura até sua respiração se for mais forte. I'm loving the Bubble Ghost Remake experience. This is a challenging but really fun game. The new soundtrack keeps the original music's essence. It's also visually really pleasing, the chosen colors, the sprites, the art style… It makes me want to play more and more!

Un juego con unos gráficos precioso. Tiene cierto grado de complejidad y es adictivo. No he podido parar hasta que he agotado el tiempo que tenía. En cuanto vuelva a tener tiempo libre, vuelvo para continuar.

Es muy entretenido, el arte está exelente y las mecánicas son en principio sencillas pero a su vez desafiantes

8/10 Love the vibe and the aesthetics. I love the challenge and simplicity of trying to get the bubble intact. Love the difficulty of the boss fights. Funnily enough, the only gripe I have is mainly a skill issue, which is how floaty the bubble is and can go farther than i think it should. Great music and story. Have already recommended it for my friends while streaming and would 100% keep playing, but it is time to go to bed.

A fantastic remake of the original game. It maintains the original's challenging feel with beautifully updated artwork. Highly recommended.
