Personally, this game has been an amazing game to have on the side on stream, but it does have a pretty high skill floor to properly learn all the commands and fully utilise it. During my participation in the playtest (over 700+ hours of hosting the game), the developer has made a commendable amount of fixes and changes that really greatly imporved the usability of the game from the host perspective. But at the same time, new users will definitely need some time to get used to the UI, the controls and the different commands that the game allows for. The game has enough customizability whereas the host has a choice to make the game a central part of the stream or to make it as something small that is interactable on stream. Overall, its a simple fun interactive auto battling streaming asset, that fosters engagement between the host and the viewers. If nothing else, the art of the different characters and units are fantastic to have around, bouncing and wandering about on the stream overlay. 7/10

best twitch game for co-working streams! if you don't stream there is also offline single player mode!

This is a fairly straightforward auto-battler game with cool art and sound effects--but definitely helps to play this online with others because of the commands you have to generally remember. Great for co-working, AFK, or subathon streams. Also pretty addictive playing this on offline mode and leaving it as a desktop game to regen energy as you go and do other things. Game dev is very helpful and it's very obvious how much care, work, and love went into making this game as polished as possible on launch.

I have no idea why this game is so addictive. Apologies that I cannot spend any more time writing the review as I need to go back hunting.

Very good game be it playing offline or online. Just put it on my background at work and hunt until no energy - get back to work - and get back to it after!

Insane AFK chill game to work with at the back, hunt, upgrade and repeat. 10 / 10 recommened!

I have been playing Brominion since its early stages, and it’s been genuinely satisfying to see how the game has evolved over time. One of my favourite mechanics is the ability to progress and battle even while AFK. The warband which is like a deck building game, which makes you experiment with different minion to have the best lineup. I personally fell in love with the minion called “Haunted”, despite the name, the art is surprisingly cute, and it ended up becoming a favourite part of the games.

[h3] Game of the year 2026 [h3] As a playtester since the dawn of Brominion, the addiction to Brominion has no scientific explanation to it. The game is easy to play, yet has many layers to it - choosing your factions, building your warband from a wide variety of minion choices, choosing the spells to use and introduces the RNG mechanism to the gameplay with the shop and roll mechanism. There is so much to explore at your own pacing with its auto-battling design. The art style of Brominion is also captivating and refreshing for Twitch community engagement games. The sweat and tears of the developer, together with the results and gameplay of Brominion surely deserves the GOTY award.

This game is a really fun game to play solo or online via twitch with friends, it also helps keep the chat active because of it's interactivity. I'd recommend to my fellow twitch streamers who would like some fun and interactive game to play while streaming! (Bonus: the creator is handsome and obviously talented!)
