It's alright. You just walk around. Climbing the ladder felt pretty immersive and cool. Could be a good demo to show to new people that haven't tried VR yet.

This game was interesting to me because I do have a fear of real-life bridges. I can cross them eventually, though my heart races and I am very hesitant. But I guess I've been playing too much of the vertigo-inducing game, "The Climb," on my Oculus Rift because none of the bridges in Bridge Trek really scared me at all. That said, after I quickly crossed all the bridges fearlessly, I hung around in Bridge Trek to enjoy the serene, relaxing Japanese-flavored environment. I also spent a little time trying to peek in the windows of the house, but that was a little disappointing - not much there. Funny enough, I also have a fear of deep, dark water, so being able to walk right on the surface of the koi pond like Jesus actually helped me with that fear. I stood there for quite a while being scared of the giant koi and the murky water underneath, so that was a nice surprise phobia-improvement situation. Overall, I enjoyed and appreciated my time in Bridge Trek and feel like it's worth the download.
The pond full of enormous mutant koi was, by far, the most frightening part of this experience. 3 stars.
Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers
Relaxing chill app. Not really much of a game. You walk around the environment and cross bridges. I'm not sure if this app would really help anyone with a fear of heights since I don't have it and especially not in VR, but I can say it's a peaceful experience. Recommended if you want a zen like experience in VR. The control scheme is a little weird on Touch controllers. You move by teleport by pressing trigger and you can set the direction you're facing. But for "free locomotion" you press any of the buttons to move forward (A, X, Y, B) and you move forward and in the direction of your motion controller (which means you can look around your surrounding without effecting movement). However, you can't really turn properly and you'll need to teleport to turn properly. The visuals are mostly good, especially for a free app. I liked the environment. Koi pond was cool. Dragon fly looked amazing. I really liked the falling cherry tree blossom petals. The background vistas were also good. Most of the environment was well detailed. However, there were some puzzling decisions in the vegetation graphics. The cherry blossom tree had 2D blossoms that looked fine far away but once you got close looked jarring. Same thing with some of the shrubbery when you're walking the outdoor connecting bridges. It's a free app so I'm not grading tough. I think it's worth the download. It's better than most Steam VR environments. Be cool if you could have friends join you in this environment.
A "Walking Simulator" intended to help people that are afraid of heights to get over they fear. The graphics are very nice, the environment is relaxing and actually quite beautiful. The Koi pond was specially nice. There are a series of bridges you can cross all withing 1 "Zen Garden" map, each bridge is higher than the previous one, so you can go at your own pace, with the last one going across a huge cliff. While simple and not having much to do other than explore and walk around, this experience was relaxing and enjoyable, Recommended for anyone looking for something like this..
Bridge Trek is a VR exploration game. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. You start off at a zen garden house and work your way over many bridges and other heights. Try this, you might like it.
