Joguinho bom que lembra o bomberman do nintendinho e super NES. Bom pra passar algumas horas relaxando (ou não...)

Surprisingly good game, fun to play with friends. I recommend.

Cool game, but what about LAN (local) modes on PC platform? Can we play only with bots?

Tags: Combat Arena & Smashbroesque Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Action is indirect, takes a while for a game to start with all the crates in the way. Special ability button often does not register for unknown reasons. We all were okay to play but the modes are too similar and once you have tried the different fighters it gets old quick. None of us are really interested in playing again so removing for declutter. Couch co op bomberman version where you can play up to 4 or against bots. Less than a dozen chars and levels and the engine looks very unity to me with this weird cell shading. At least it fits the character models well, speaking of which each character had a distinct concept and art direction as well as abilities. The abilities themselves were a little debatable in usefulness especially since they do not synergize well with the bombs. The storymode was well voice acted but long winded and I ended up skipping most of it. Helps teach each character, and gives vague backtory.

Why have I never reviewed this?! Look, if you like bomberman this game will blow your socks off. It's just great fun. What makes it different from Bomberman? -Your characters have unique special moves such as dash (gets you out of trouble quick) or you put up a 4x4 fence in an area you shoot at, trapping those inside or protecting yourself.. (these moves charge up, so you cant spam) - Gore! lol -Modes like sumo, trying to knock each other off the board Basically it's bomberman with superpowers, even wheelchairs Downsides to the game? - It's depressing, where as bomberman is happyland. It sounds silly but after some time goes by you feel the gloomy atmosphere start to hit... Maybe it's just me? The maps are great and suit the games feel sure, but they do have an impact to your psych lol - Bomberman has more level customisation. You seem to have lives and see who can get the most kills within the changeable time limits. Sometimes I just want to play last man standing but havent spotted any way to do that. Will edit if I find it

Brawl has an interesting setting and overall presentation. Unfortunately, the level design and gameplay are just not fun. Character abilities are largely redundant and unnecessary, and the developers would have been much better off limiting these to just a single special ability per character to make each character unique and to add a little something special on top of the tried and true Bomberman formula. The game is also optimized for a controller and while you can play with a keyboard, the controls are uncomfortable and cannot be remapped. Overall, this is just another sad example of a game that was shipped and then never fixed or improved.
