It's alright. Tracking is good, but the difficulty caps a bit too low for me. Nevertheless a good workout vr game

VRでの効率的な有酸素運動におすすめ。 数十時間遊んでから知ったが、設定した体重によってカロリーが計算されるため、重めの体重設定にすることで全実績解除が容易になる。（そうでもしないととても解除できない） 後継のFitXRのほうが内容は大幅に充実しているが、Meta Quest専用かつサブスク形式（無料体験はある）。 回し者ではないが、自分はこのゲームにハマってFitXRに移行した。

to be honest this is a great workout app. U have to maybe learn the proper way to punch and stand, but after that I clocked between 1 and 1 and half hours and actually lost weight and it made me sweat as well as muscle elasticisity being improved. Recommend .

Used to be pretty good. Now it's ♥♥♥♥! Hit boxes are screwed on dodged and squats. I was sitting because the custom track threw 50 squats at once and it started randomly saying I was missing them? Terrible wireless compatibility, steam link to quest 3, dedicated router 800mbs transmit speed, gloves phase through cues or it just freezes for seconds at a time. I suspect they've crippled this to try get you to buy into their new subscription based version. Why pay once when you can keep paying? Screw you FITXR. Also achievments are broken. It didn't give men the 120 mins over 7 days or the 1k cal in 24 hr despite daily states saying I have worked out for 121 mins and burned 1060+ cal today.

I absolutely love the fact that you can import your own music into this game! I enjoy boxing to my favorite songs and can even sing along if I want to practice my breath control simultaneously. The game is innovative and easy to understand, allowing you to punch and duck in rhythm with any song you import. I admit that it can feel a bit stifling with the headset on after you work up a decent sweat, however that doesn't detract from how immersive the gameplay can be. I often get motion sickness in VR games but this one never gave me any sickness.
