Pros: Simple concept. very straightforward, only $1 Cons: Game is not balanced, lots of bugs, terrible stat/skill descriptions, too slow of an early game, too much luck regarding if you get the boosts you want, lots of annoying enemies that aren't difficult so much as oversimplified. This could use a huge QOL and balance patch, and almost all of it has to do with the boosts themselves. Having 8 options per boost instead of 4 and/or having a means of generating boosts (outside of the Shovel) would really add a sense of control to the game. Banishes should probably come with a bonus - right now they feel like a burden. That being said, you can't expect that much from a $1 pet project. As such, you are better off playing many many other survivor games, even at this price point.
This is something of a puzzle game - how can you best break the system to massacre the enemies? Well worth the purchase. There's a lot of replay value here.
Do you think when Vivaldi was composing Four Seasons he had this game in mind

Pretty good.
Awesome little game for when you have an awkward amount of time on your hands. It is cheap, tiny, and easy to just leave open so you can play a quick round of an interesting game every once in a while. The shop works very well with the genre of game and the amount of hidden content is pretty big. Even if you aren't into putting yourself high up on the leaderboards, you can very well have fun for probably 40-50 hours. Some notes, the game is nearly impossible without an explicit way to "cheese" it, and is quite unforgiving. If you are trying to force a run, you better be ready to be restarting repeatedly. Some legendaries are nearly impossible to recover from getting even if they are good (Looking at you Cursed/Blasphemous Fire Wall) and I wish there was some way to play them without either just losing or putting all your boosts into another build.
cheap game gets boring after some runs no meta progression would not suggest
Really fun game for 99 cents
just a simple vampire survivor/ brotato
I feel like it has the potential to be a good game but I never find my self wanting to boot this up.
