About
Booklet is the only empty storybook in all of the Grand Library! Journey alongside them as they wrestle with feelings of unbelonging while striving to find their own story in this 3D puzzle platformer.
Booklet’s dealing with some big feelings! Being the only storybook in the Grand Library without a story is pretty isolating, and it would be terribly lonely too if not for the Narrator, Booklet’s first and endlessly inspiriting friend. But the Narrator isn’t the only influential figure you’ll encounter–each one will shape the trajectory of Booklet’s self-discovery, for better or for worse.
Every section of the Grand Library you explore will empower Booklet with an ability they can use to overcome thematic puzzles and conflicts. With your help, they’ll uncover the secrets of classic genres like Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Noir by platforming through intricate, multi-leveled set pieces brought to life by the library’s magic.

Booklet's big story, in the dry gaming market of the present, really stands out amongst the rest, a real diamond in the rough. While playing this game you can expect to explore various dream-like and beautiful levels while experiencing the deep and meaningful story. Without delving into spoilers, Booklet's story is one of friendship and betrayal while also dealing with topics of self worth. All of this is packed into a short and fun experience with engrossing gameplay backed up by a fitting musical score. And best of all, you get all of this for free! With this being said, no game can truly be perfect, and booklets big story is no exception. There are quite a few glitches that one might experience throughout their time playing this game, some of which can be quite detrimental to the users experience. However despite this, I still believe Booklets adventure to be one that should be experienced by all. 10/10

Booklet, Büyük Kütüphane'deki tek boş hikaye kitabıdır! Bu 3 boyutlu bulmaca platform oyununda, ait olmama duygularıyla boğuşurken kendi hikayelerini bulmaya çalışırken onlara eşlik edin.
Booklet's Big Story is a charming collectathon, that has you platforming through different book genres, Macaulay Culkin "Pagemaster" style, looking for missing pages to help you write your story. Its lovely! There are a few flaws. The controls are super sensitive, which often has you miscalculating jumps, and there is no save capability, so play when you have some time to try to complete it. It is a completely free game though, so I can't be too critical. There are no Steam achievements, but there are in-game achievements. I like the style here, and really hope the developers fine tune this one, and expand on the library concept, for all of us literature nerds.
The game is good but the jump is horrible and at the level with the keys it doesnt let me kill the enemies and when i found the room with some keys it showed up a big enemy whitch of course killed me because i couldnt do anything and after i die and respawn also enemies respawned everywere and throw at me cannon balls and also it has a lot of talks which of course you cant skip
The game is awesome. The devs of this game must be really cool people
Not Recommended Hours Played: 2 (regrettably) Ah yes, Booklet's Big Adventure. A game where you play as a book. Because nothing screams "epic adventure" like... being a rectangle with font. From the moment you boot it up, you’re thrown into a world that feels like someone fed a printer cartridge to a game engine and said, “Just do your best.” The main mechanic seems to be jump and regret, and the controls have the finesse of a wet napkin on ice. Now let’s talk about the mouse. Not your cursor — I mean the in-game character. Some kind of weird, janky sidekick who looks like he escaped from a bootleg educational CD-ROM from 1998. His animations are so cursed I thought my monitor was glitching. Graphics? Think clip art meets MS Paint during a thunderstorm. Music? Imagine royalty-free elevator music trapped in a loop. Forever. But hey, it’s got "heart." I think. Somewhere. Buried beneath the UI bugs and the existential dread. Play it if you want to see what happens when someone follows their dream without listening to any feedback. 2/10. At least it launches. edIT: Hours Played: 2 (which felt like 7) Ah yes, Booklet's Big Adventure. A game where you play as a sentient book in a world that feels like a failed art project and a lost 2006 Newgrounds cartoon had a baby. Right from the title screen, I knew I was in trouble. The gameplay? Floaty. The platforming? Barely functional. The main character handles like a soggy cereal box. And don’t get me started on the enemy design — there’s this awful little mouse thing that exists purely to test your patience and your sanity. But the real crime here? The voice acting. Imagine a 12-year-old doing bad impressions of cartoon characters through a fan in their bedroom. Every single line delivery feels like it was recorded in one take on a $10 headset — and that’s being generous. It’s not even “so bad it’s funny.” It’s just cringe. Painful, unskippable, emotionally scarring cringe. Graphics? MS Paint called, it wants its dignity back. Music? Loops that make you question whether the audio is broken or your will to live is. Honestly, I admire the passion behind it. But next time, maybe leave the voice work to literally anyone else. 2/10. Bonus point because it technically runs.
скучно для детей обычный платформер оптимизация плохая
Cute little game with a big heart! Definitely would recommend. Certain levels lagged a bit on the steam deck, but I had no lag on my laptop!
