Boo Men

need mores updates me and my friend played this when it first came out for an hour or 2 then played again after an update for 3 hours then last time was for Halloween update, still a good scary horror game but does need updates!!

The game has been fun, but the dev abandoned the game it seems. Nothing new is being added, bugs aren't being fixed. It's a good game. Funny and goofy to play with friends for an hour or so, but it's limited and can get old fast once you've played with every ghost on every map. Wish the dev woulda kept working on it :(

This game is solid. I have almost 7 hours of gameplay in it and I do feel like I am nearing the end because it hasn't been updated for a long time. I could see this game being as big as Phasmo. I do wonder what happened to the devs. Adds to the spookiness of it I guess! But yeah, couldn't recommend this game enough, it is so fun with friends.

Boo Man is an influential art piece mixing the horrors of apparitions and the fear of the dark to create a genuine horror experience inciting terror in the player. Simply stated this video game like this changes how the player interacts with horror in media, the themes explored within this game are beautifully presented through the many designs the player will see within the environment and the ghosts. This masterpieces showcases the ramifications of stealing from ghosts with the genuine terror you as a player will experience through the many abilities the ghosts posses. This game has a incredibly rich and developed storyline that will irreparably stick with the player. This game is more than a simple jump scare fest; while other popularly received horror games like Amnesia or Outlast posses some quality's that Boo Men has showed they however they cannot live up to this compelling and life changing piece of media making Boo Men the greatest video game the have ever been made. -WinterFox 5/20/2026

it was ok, but it is abandoned now

This game was a lot of fun, especially with friends. Unfortunately it seems it has been abandoned, as the game hasn't been updated in 2 years. You play as a group of burglars except the house is haunted. The game loop is pretty simple, look for items to steal and try not to get caught. There's a handful of ghosts, each with different abilities and quirks, but the only way they can get you is in the dark, so you got to stay in the light. Overall the game was a blast, I had a ton of fun with my buddies, but picking up this game is entirely up to you. It still has a good amount of content for something over the weekend and the game is easy to 100%, but that's all its got going for it. The game has a lot of bugs and sometimes dying feels unfair, the devs are working on another game [the cabin game] that I am excited for. If you and your friends got the $8, I believe this is a good game to grab for your collection, but keep in mind that it is abandoned.
