About
Blueblood Arena is a fighting game designed to be easy for beginners to the genre, while being plenty of fun and complex for veterans of the FGC! Play locally or online with our rollback netcode in this freeform combo game!
Pick from a variety of fun characters, such as hometown hero Enza, a bee who packs honey into her strikes! Or perhaps you'd play as the wild rogue Amber, a thief who uses their fire to supercharge their approaches! The game has many characters to pick from, and each one plays differently from each other!
Blueblood Arena is designed to have the most free-form combo structure possible, with very little restrictions on what is possible. It's also got a simple and easy to understand control scheme, one button, one attack! Despite the simple control scheme, the gameplay itself has more than enough depth for interesting and complex gameplay.
Blueblood Arena also has a demo, if you're on the fence or even simply want to play online with a friend who owns the game, the demo features both Enza and Amber as playable fighters! Play online for free with friends who own the game, or lab the characters locally in our training mode!
With digitally hand-drawn assets, charmingly simple 3D backgrounds, and a custom-made soundtrack, the game's got a cute sense of style that's great to look at in motion!

This game is awesome! I really like how easy it is to just pick up and play, the simplified control scheme in combination with its many, many ways to keep a combo going make it easy to learn but hard to master in the best way possible. The character designs and movesets are all really unique and cool as well, with some standouts for me being Penny with a snazzy design and one of the coolest launcher attack animations I’ve seen, and Dmitri with the ability to empower his already beefy special moves to hit even harder than he already does. With rollback netcode, an arcade mode, and even more content to come, I gotta say that even in its Early Access version this is a must-try!
Gaem gud. Verr fun.

Fantastic little game, easy to pick up, plenty of sauce. It's a little rough around the edges but the devs seem committed to smoothing it all out if all the patches in the few days since launch are any indication.
I love the pace of the game and the flow of combos, really fun to play, welcoming comunnity and suchs. I love the cut fish she is so cute
One of the coolest indie fighters I've played! Really excited for future updates! You have something great going on here!
came for Enza and Penny, stayed for Genesis. Peak game.
Game is a lot of fun. It's simple and easy to pick up, but still has a lot of meat to it. The combo system is very freeform, but it encourages using as much of your character's toolkit as you can. Labbing combos and coming up with something where everything comes together feels really satisfying, and every time I fight someone new I end up seeing a new combo that they've come up with that other people aren't doing. The character designs have a ton of personality in both looks and gameplay, and each of them has a ton of extra palettes to unlock. There's also at least a few more characters on the way, and the devs have been super fast about fixing bugs and other issues. The game is easily worth the money right now, and since I've bought it, it's only been getting better.
Solid fighter from those brought us the among us fighter fangame. Blue blood arena is a component game with mechanics familiar to other fighter, burst to get out combo that also doubles as combo filler. Those familiar with ASW fighters, that leans on fast pace gameplay while delving into lengthy combo will fill right at home. Thankfully were not talkng DNFDuel or Idol show down levels of combo, but their certianly longer pocket bravery or blade strangers combo. But blue blood arena is not carbon copy of those fighter, since ASW commonly lack powerful defense mechanic to offset the high offensive power. Backdash with Invicibility frames that creat alot space for retreating, blowback attack that allow dash cancel and 1 bar universal reversal. Character have different win condition and character quircks, but the combo system more freeform that picking up character is not as daunting. A neat novelty about character stages is how player characters will be in the back ground from lounging in a bar, or picking at board. BbA presentation is minimalistic but charming, music is not typical but catching as it leans to softer elevator music. The goal of being pleasant noise but not distracting. While currently barbone fighter lacking bell and whistle (early access), its game one can start learning and competing right away. This not fantasy strike's pick up and play due more action one can take, but nor is it mechanically bloated like Dual souls the last bearer where mental fatigue set in with complexity that disguid itself as depth. This makes blue blood healthy middle ground game that offers a little accessible fighter to get ones feet wet, but not fall into games that offers chasm of player interaction that can only be appreciated by fg genre enthusiates
