BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle

I started playing this game when it came around on Xbox Gamepass back in 2023. It got me hooked and I spent around 700 hours on the game as a whole. I met a bunch of people and got involved in a community that I am very happy being apart of. Now that I got a taste of it again on Steam during the summer sale, I can confidentially say that: **You should try this game.** It isn't as complex as the other BlazBlue games in the franchise, But It's a great starting point for people who are new to fighting games as a whole. The smart combos are simplified, and the easier combo strings compared to the other games make this Tag fighter a "Give it a try" type of game. The story is okay, It has a bunch of funny moments, gives screen time to most of the characters in the cast (even if it isn't much) and episode 1 has a bunch of endings to find. The game has a lot of achievements, and most of them are really easy. They are like "Play the game" type achievements, you get them as you go. If you don't understand most of them then you could always look up a guide for them if you like achievement hunting. Overall, In my own opinion, I love this game, the community, and the dedication that people make for this game to stay alive as a whole. Who knows if we will get a version 3.0 but it would blow my mind if this game did get that and had relevance again. (Especially since BBCF got a new character recently) If you are new to fighting games or if you like 2D fighters with a big roster, consider picking up this game when it goes on sale. It's REALLY CHEAP TOO! about 4$ for the standard edition and 10$ for the special edition which includes every character and special color.

I dont know ♥♥♥♥ about fighting games but Crescent Rose and Neo are in it so it has to be good

Fun 2v2 anime fighter, easy to pick up and a very easy to understand combo system. It's too bad that there isn't really anyone playing on ranked.

This is the best game I've ever played, the graphics are good, the gameplay is good, hell even the story mode is good, all in all this is certainly a fighting game 👅
