DMC inspired combat at its core
Tldr. game has promise but has some problem. I SERIOUSLY hope that the devs pick this game back up because I can imagine a good game happening if it ever gets pass early access this game has a pretty good dmc feel to it in terms of its variety of moves (and some moves look REALLY similar to some dmc moves.) and its style meter systems which makes the combat generally pretty fun and engaging to play around with. I don't have much I can say about the non gameplay portions considering this game has no story and like one song so ill ramble about my pro's and cons about the gameplay Pros - Really love custom loadout aspect of the game. You will gain abilities throughout the game that you can set to any of your lock on inputs ie: if you want you can make your entire moveset just range and teleport attacks if you want to. very unique gimmick to make this game more unique compare to other cags. - most enemies so far are pretty effective at being threats to the player since some do have some countermeasures to prevent infinite air combos Cons - short ( I'm not sure if I beat it since I got no credits but 4 hours in it brought me back to title screen and put me back in the first section again). can change since its an early access. - Kind of not a fan of the "3 lives" format of dying in this game instead of a normal health bar like other games. many times in this game I felt like I was practically locked into taking 2 hits of damage since this game doesn't have many invincibility frames once you get hit. - lock on system doesn't have character facing dependent lock on like most cag games (ie: if you want to do a back + attack input while character is facing towards the camera you push control stick up). in this game back input is always a down input regardless of player direction. you can say this is more of a subjective point but I find character facing direction more intuitive to me - 2 particular enemies are annoying af. their gimmick is basically you have to attack their back to open them up but most of the time that can only happen with a perfect dodge like counter attack. 1/2 of the time that doesn't work though and they will block it. If this game doesn't game updated and goes on sale. I DO RECCOMEND buying it. sure its short but its a fun time despite my cons.
é tipo o devil may cry , uma estranha mistura do dante com o teleporte do vergil, mas sem proposito , você navega por uma mapa com umas arenas para luta e repete , repete e repete ........
hope to add a new weapon(gloves) that can attack with punches and kicks It seems that there are only gamepad operation tips but no keyboard tips, I hope it can be added The particle effects look great!
It's a fun game in the state it's in. The dev mentions what they're working on in their Discord server, gives you a look into what the next update will include. It plays similar to DMC, you can probably tell from the videos on the Steam page. It's really fun though.
