Big Ambitions is a revolutionary role-playing business sim. Go from nothing to the biggest entrepreneur in New York by opening small businesses or slowly building huge corporations any way you like.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 20/day in the week to Aug 28 → 78.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Your bank balance is tiny, but your ambitions are big.
With a little help from your uncle, you get an apartment and your first job. But then it's up to you to achieve success and take over New York City any way you like.
Slowly build multiple small businesses, grow them into huge corporations, or carve your own unique path – the possibilities are limitless in this vast business sandbox. You've never played anything like this!
Go from a small apartment and public transport to luxury suites, fast cars and designer furniture. Put your money into investment funds and real estate. Succeed, fail, rebuild. But remember to take care of yourself, sleep and stay happy on your rise to the top.
Do you have what it takes to build your own empire?

Go from nothing to the most prominent tycoon in New York. Start a business, work smart, make it thrive and enjoy your life. How do you want to be successful? How far can you push it? How long can you make it last?
Start your own gift shop, supermarket, coffee shop, law firm, clothing store, liquor store, florist, and more. You decide what success is - whether it’s a single shop, a chain of fast-food restaurants, a huge corporation, or making millions developing websites.
Take out a loan, rent a building, design the logo, renovate the store, get stock, manage your money, hire staff, and build your infrastructure. Soon, you may have to start importing products from the harbour and distributing them through a network of warehouses.
A bigger business means managers. Hire HR Managers, Logistics Managers, and Purchasing Agents. They all need desks and computers, so you’ll need a fancy headquarters.
Need a delivery truck? Travel to a dealer and buy one. Need food? Go to a supermarket, but make sure you have a refrigerator at home. Big Ambitions is a life sim where your character has to physically interact with the world to survive and succeed.
Enter any building in New York and buy it. Go from a small apartment to a dream penthouse in midtown, a luxurious townhouse in Hell’s Kitchen, or a series of skyscrapers. Fill each with furniture that suits your style and standing. Invest your hard-earned cash in real estate to grow your empire. Take over the city piece by piece.
Spend your wealth however you wish. Buy a big SUV, a speedy sports car, or the new luxurious Mersaidi S500. Maybe risk it all at the casinos or put your money into investment funds and reap the rewards.
As you progress, you always need to ensure you get enough sleep and stay healthy and happy. Enjoy the journey, for as you grow older, you’ll discover that money can’t buy you time... or can it?
Big Ambitions takes what you love about the viral sensation ‘Startup Company’ to even greater heights.

Reviews
One of my very favorite games to play. Both fun and challenging.
9/10 – One of the Best Business Simulation Games Available If you've ever wanted to build a business empire from the ground up, Big Ambitions absolutely delivers. You start with almost nothing and gradually work your way up by opening businesses, managing employees, buying properties, and expanding across the city. The sense of progression is incredibly satisfying, and every milestone feels earned. What makes the game stand out is the balance between strategy and hands-on management. You're not just clicking menus—you have to hire staff, manage inventory, optimize layouts, handle logistics, and make smart financial decisions. Watching your first small business turn into a network of successful companies is genuinely rewarding. The game also gives you plenty of freedom. Whether you want to focus on retail, restaurants, offices, or real estate, there are multiple ways to grow your empire. It's easy to sink hours into "just one more task" before realizing the entire evening has disappeared.

8/10. Excelente experiencia empresarial. Muy entretenido gestionar proveedores, logística e importaciones. Lo único negativo es que todavía no puedo declarar las pérdidas como gastos de representación. Espero que en la próxima actualización agreguen evasión fiscal y sociedades offshore.
At first I believed it was a game about finance, buying, building stuff, etc. But during the tutorial, I quickly learned how to walk around the block, order food by phone, try to get a fridge to store my food, and get a job 8h-5h as a cashier for the local food market. Clearly I made a mistake, that was not the kind of game I though it was...
The first 40-60 mins are rough and leave a very bad impression. It looks very similar to "The Sims" with clunky controls and all. But I am GLAD i stuck around to see how good this game really is. A few hours in and you are hooked. Its a very very good business management sim. Perhaps even the best since the days of Capitalism 2 almost 25 years ago. In fact, this is the only game that does justice to the complexity and depth that this genre requires. I would like to suggest a few improvements though. Time should keep moving when you are in the various menus becuase otherwise you just have to sleep to forward time. We have had very complex games in grand startegy genre or factory management genre or the colony management genre, but this is the best one in the management sim genre. Get it if you are a fan of strategy games!
Um jogo que não me deixou com grandes ambições, talvez não tenha atingido meu sistema de recompensas...
This game scratches the itch
