Don't remember how I got this game and why (probably the style looked interesting). But I finally got to play it only now. What can I say. It's a point and click game. The problem is that there are barely any puzzles to solve and also it can be complete in an hour, and the story is about ten pages long. As somebodies first try at making a videogame it's not that bad, but charging for it... Cannot recommend.
It's a short experience, but well crafted and moody.
This 2015 point-and-click game hasn’t aged well. There's no settings in the menu, it throws you right into the new game. No proper introduction, instead, you collect pieces of paper filled with walls of text if you want to learn about the story. Each room has some obvious items to pick up, however, you can pick up a lantern, a clock device, but you can’t pick up a mortar, which you need to grind a poisonous plant into pieces to add to milk for a cat that’s blocking your path. Why oh why? Why you can’t simply place the bowl of milk to lure the cat away, but to kill it instead? Oh, did I mention your character has a hand-crank at the back of the head, like a music box? Right, you’re playing as Frankenstein’s monster. The game itself is a mystery, or an art experiment. I have no idea what this game is trying to tell. A bit short game, but okay. Very easy. No hard puzzles or places to get stuck. Good for beginners

It's fine, it's simple and I completed it in just under an hour, but its a fun little story of tragedy and woe with Frankenstein mixed in. It killed a bit of time, but I got it for 80p, the puzzles are by far too easy.
An excellent story, well told through interactive point-and-click, scattered journal entries, and a bit of puzzling. I completed it in just under 2 hours. While this game doesn't rate high in replayability, I'm way more interested in good stories and compelling characters - Belladonna has both. Definitely worth playing.
