I really wanted to enjoy Bella Cozy Island, but in its current state it feels more like an unfinished prototype than a relaxing cozy game. The biggest issue is the complete lack of a tutorial or clear instructions. You're dropped into the game with little explanation of what you're supposed to do, making progression confusing from the very beginning. Time progression is another major problem. The in-game clock moves incredibly slowly, and I couldn't find any way to speed it up. Even sleeping doesn't appear to advance to the next day, so you're often left standing around waiting for timers to expire, which quickly becomes tedious. The bugs make things even worse. It's possible to get your character stuck with no way to recover, forcing you to restart your entire save from scratch. Losing all of your progress because of a glitch is incredibly frustrating. There's potential here, but right now the game needs a proper tutorial, clearer gameplay systems, a way to skip or speed up time, and fixes for the game-breaking bugs before I could recommend it.
