Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.57/day in the week to Aug 22 → 17/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i cried
That was special
10/10 cried like a ♥♥♥♥♥
puto juego hermoso, lo odio con toda mi alma, es la mejor experiencia virtual que jamas alguien podra conseguir
Y'know… Back then, during my school years, I always wondered why do people (PARTICULARY girls) really like to do those random-ass "staring contest" with me… Like, why? What's the point of CHALLENGING me to do this somewhat USELESS contest out of nowhere…? But, lo and behold, after close to 9 years later since my school days that the older, wiser, slightly fatter, but more intelligent me FINALLY gets it... It's simply because they were WAYYYY AHEAD of their time and that it was just a blessing in disguise to train and prepare me for this revolutionary and innovative game in the future called Before Your Eyes... Mhmm, yeap... Which looking back at it now, I do gotta thank them for that as they definitely have given me at least some strength just for this moment… 🙂↕️ Cheesy essay hooks aside… In terms of gameplay, I literally DID NOT expect the blinking gameplay mechanic to be much harder than what I thought it would be. While the game starts off with parts where you can just blink "casually" like blink to look at stuff/unlock them and blink forward in time to get to the next scene… It slowly shifts to moments where I'd like to call: Quick Time Blink Events™ where you need to decide on a choice that might "alter" the story, which then descends to a literal DO NOT BLINK staring contest gameplay parts; which I find the most challenging, me thinks. Other notable gameplay include the epic "blink to Ctrl+C and blink again to Ctrl+V" gameplay, the marvellous "discount Aimlabs" gameplay where you use your crosshair to follow the highlighted part of the piano to play a song, and the awe-inspiring "close your eyes to hear people mumbling" gameplay, to name a few. Either way, I think the game is thoroughly entertaining to play with till the end! It might not be long, but it certainly understands that it’s a game and it's definitely not one of those "artsy" games that somehow forgot that it’s a game kind of thing. In terms of the story, all that I can say is that it’s a VERY grounded kind of story, without explicitly spoiling it. MIGHT not be for everyone; it doesn't have the usual out-of-this-world story that would get dem Gen Z ADHD-ers, acoustic people, or even the sussy baka anime people who are too used to anime-level kind of stories and plot… But I feel like it’s a story that's very relatable… Well, to me, at least... And, not gonna lie, this one GOT me on an emotional level, surprisingly. Like, literally got me teary-eyed at the end... Maybe it's because of how certain aspects of its story reflects a bit of my real life, maybe it's because I'm that one weird-loner kid, maybe it's because of how my parents wants me to be somebody I'm not, or maybe it's because of how it ends off with essentially the person that I have this love-hate relationship telling me how they really feel about/picture of me… I don’t know; it just got me drowning in emotions, tbh. All in all, for me, Before Your Eyes is definitely a very interesting game that I enjoyed. While the blinking mechanic isn't the kind that would woo Valorant players nor the story would be enough to make anime nerds cream... I think this small, down-to-earth, and quirky game is enough for a person like me who's into interesting stuff to recommend other like-minded people to, at least, give this a try and experience it for yourself!
Best story game I've played hands down. Do yourself a favor and try it out. I guarantee tears will be shed though.
为每一次不小心眨眼而错过的细节而感到懊悔,眨眼交互让我第一次体会到怎么看也看不够的感觉,剧情美术音效交互都非常好,最有沉浸感的游戏之一
