Battle Cat vs Treacherous Mice

In the current state the game is almost unplayable. It just doesn't feel good and I'm gonna explain that in a second. I can't recommend playing it at the moment, but I'm sure that with a little more time it could become a great experience. I stopped playing at the 3rd level and here is why: In the first level I am taught how to shoot, but not why to shoot. Until after leaving the game in the 3rd level and watching actual gameplay of this by the developer, I had no idea why I had to use the gun at all. Maybe either don't introduce the player to a mechanic at all (and just display all the controls in one corner of the screen or do a proper tutorial for all the mechanics (including levers, teleportation, jumping...). When I saw the controls for shooting, I stood up to get my controller. Once I plugged it in, the cat started to uncontrollably move forward. I later found out it was doing that every once in a while, independent from using a controller. So I just went with that and started playing. But soon I realized that the gameplay felt... off. There is some kind of random wind that is applied when jumping. Sometimes you can jump really far to the right, sometimes its just a hop. Jumping and moving to the left however is a real struggle. The problem with this is not that it's a bad mechanic, but that it's almost impossible to estimate where I'm going, which results in really uncomfortable gameplay. Some other things I'd like to mention: * Storywise there should be something in the first few levels. The title mentions "Treacherous Mice", which I haven't seen anything of. * I was already confused with the menu design. Some better recognizable icons would really help. * The character's style is pretty different from the rest. This makes it clearer to see for the player on the one hand, on the other hand feels like some downloadad thing, not created for this game.

optionにゲームパッドの説明があるのでゲームパッド対応のはずだが自分の環境ではゲームパッドが反応しない。そういう時はキー割り当てアプリのController Companionが役に立つのだが、何故かController Companionすら動作しない。ctrlキーで射撃しながらSpaceでジャンプ、WASDで歩く方向、矢印キーで猫の向きを変えないといけないのでキーボードだとプレイが難しい。キー変更も出来ない。日本語対応になっているがキーやゲームパッドの説明部分には文字が何も書かれていない。ゲームパッドさえ使えれば印象も変わるのだが。 猫の鳴き声が入っているのは良い。 ※Steam deckにもインストしてみましたが、起動はするもののゲームを開始するとプログラムが終了してしまいます。

Další 2D skákačka, kterou hned dokončíte bez problémů. Všech 20 levelů byly stejný, takže neočekávejte, že levely budou těžší. A secrety v této hře naleznete hned, aniž by jste je hledali, protože o ně doslova zakopnete. (XDD) Hodnocení: 2/10
