Nice looking game for a sports sim. If you are looking for something that is an as played sim well this is not that. Still though a very fun game. Definitely a game for people who not only like to manage on the field but also would like the option to manage the team off the field. Runs well. Has a good interface unlike another game I played on Steam before called Digital Diamond. Is this the best sports sim out there? No. But it does have a place in the hobby for sure. Right now I am playing 1944 as the Cardinals but also have a fantasy league going full of made up teams and players and both are a joy to play. One negative with the game though like with many out there is the AI managing could be better. Pitchers not being pulled sooner is an issue. We need to be able to tell the AI to pull them after so many runs are given up as starters and in relief. Adding this would go a long way to making the game better.

This is another entry in a very long series of basbeall team sports management games. Manage a baseball team through various seasons, in the modern era or even historical teams, by clicking through spreadsheets and calendars. The whole thing looks like it was written in .net or in an activex web browser session, the screenshots show we're not really dealing with a video "game" here so much as a spreadsheet simulator. Fans of baseball games might really like this one, but even they must admit they deserve a bit better interface and graphics than this. It doesn't even display proper full screen. Also, this has been superseded by newer versions as they seem to re-release the same game every year or so, so this is just impossible to recommend.

Baseball Mogul reminds me of an online game I used to play in browser mode back in 2006. I never thought I'd have so much fun with this type of games.

Too confusing and not suitable for my style of play. I play historical leagues with mult-era leagues. I can't even set up the league properly!
