Bare Metal is a pretty minimalist free strategy game. You don't see this kind of thing released often free on Steam. I would recommend anyone who likes strategy games give it a try.

While this game is quite simple with only four different actions, the game clearly has be designed very well. The game is quite deep. Moreover, the game is truely free and doesn't pressure you into spending money. While it may not have the same game play length as a good triple A games, it is entirely worth spending an hour or two playing. The multiplier is also quite nice. The multiplier does not even require an account to play. While in a more popular game, this might lead to cheating or nastiness, the person I played with was extremely friendly and nice. I could see there being a lack of people to play sometimes though since the game is not popular. However, since the gameplay does not depend on low ping times, you should be able to play with even people far away easily. The low poly graphics are nice to look at. On my computer which is quite old, I did have a problematicly low frame rate. However, after turning down the graphics through the options on the main menu (which confusingly is different from the option menu in game), the game ran quite nicely.

Güzel ve ücretsiz bir strateji oyunu şahsen ben sevdim ve oynamaya devam edeceğim aşırı hoş duruyor.
its a pretty good RTS game
Bare Metal oldukça minimalist bir ücretsiz strateji oyunudur. Bu tür şeylerin Steam'de genellikle ücretsiz olarak yayınlandığını göremezsiniz. Strateji oyunlarını seven herkesin denemesini tavsiye ederim.
Bare Metal is a minimalist 2D clicker strategy/soldier defense game where you must buy from 4 different units which trundle out automatically and fight the enemy units coming at you. The aim of the game is to overwhelm the enemy power generators and keep yours running. Unit balance is badly done, the game features some laughably bad minimalist/low poly units. Not a mapped texture in sight. Unacceptably, resolution and controls are locked, and the final poke in the eye here is that the game bizarrely only renders in 1920x2160 mobile phone portrait aspect ratio. Was this game made by someone who didn't know which way up the monitor goes and accidentally had it on its side??? There's some okay ideas here but the implementation quality is through the floor, it comes across as a student project, and I'm not sure the student passed the class. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately, but I hope to see more work from this developer, perhaps as part of a professional game development company that can make full use of their talents without needing to make budget/quality compromises.
This was one of The Best Stratergy Games i've played, it's simple but entertaining in my eyes and if i were to give it a score out of 10 i'd say it's around a 8.5/10 and in future it would be nice if the player could customize their army when they play the game against other people. Overall, i'd say the game is good in general with simple graphics and controls but yeah in future it would be nice to se this improvement but of course do it in your own time as i said it's a good game overall.
Makes me want to write hate mail for the first time in my life.
