Game is okay. Definite lack of pathfinding or any smart version of the computer operated players. I understand this game came out a long time ago, but after so many years and the new release of versions for other console or application you would expect more from software updates or development. It was not the worst, but definitely would recommend buying it on sale. It is a 10-15$ game to me not a 40.
It's already a ton of fun, it's being updated frequently, and the roadmap looks extremely promising

They have recreated this game to be almost the same to Backyard Baseball 97, however they need to make the fielding situation a little better by making the kids throw faster.
Horribly buggy game, my favorite was when I ended up with 2 runners on 3rd base at the same time and then they both scored on the next single. My least favorite was when i was up 6-0 in the top of the first in a season game and it froze, the pitcher just refused to pitch. Then, I replayed it and it happened when I was up 9-0 in the first inning in the next game. Besides that, iuf the first baseman moves in the slightest its just a passed ball, and the announcers are always wrong about whats going on. Multiple times they'll talk about what a good hit when its an out, or how the runner was tagged out at first when it was just a routine grounder. Or the pitch will be on the inside and they'll say its on the outside, its comedic how bad it is. Listen to where they think the ball is going when its hit, SMASHED THROUGH THE GAP is a routine ground ball to the SS. Horrible, Bad, Terrrible. GOOD LUCK GETTING A NATURAL DOUBLE, IT's IMPOSSIBLE
