Good game but I'm super irritated that you have to completely start over if you exit out of the game. There are no save spots each time you get to a new floor. I made it to the 4th floor, exited out and when I opened the game back up, it restarted completely. Not cool...Other than that, it's not bad.
One of the better backrooms walking sims. Very interesting take on level 1. Good environmental variety and level design. Good sound design. Very well done overall. Highly recommending!
For a game with no dangerous entities [that you have to run or hide from] and just subtle creepiness and atmosphere, its a very good representation of the backrooms. The end of chapter one actually made me jump when the light went out. Did i get into the wrong elevator or is that how the chapter actually ends? If so im really happy with the experience. Excited to see more in chapter 2.

for a game with no entities i was pretty impressed. I usually dont like games without entities, tbh i think those are for ppl with low skill levels, they can get really boring. But this was good, i liked the way it was an actual maze, a lot of dead ends that cause you to back track for multiple minutes which at first pissed me off but i grew to love bc it was the first time in a backrooms game that i got completely lost. Most games like this its literally just a never ending hallway you follow, which is so lazy. I actually had to stop and really think, where am i where have i been already, get orientated. Usually i just go right or left untill i cant and walk the boarders of the map, with this method most games you can speed run through the first time. This game i got lost so many time and that in itself became a puzzle which the backrooms is really all about, minus the entities. This is the first and only game i think to really capture the feeling of being in the backrooms and i will be playing it again bc its just so big. great job cant wait for more
The game has no save, but you can reach one ending in 104 minutes if running all the way. Not the most ambience I've seen in a backroom and certainly lacks any mezzanines, attriums or slide and fall for the vertigo fix. I do not know if there are other paths, but it doesn't seem like it. The irony is : they say it's for high end systems, but the pixelated appearance and speed gives it PS1/2 vibes. For under 4$, it was a nice evening urbex. Most of it is level 0 with a few offices, house-like rooms, and changes in wallpapers. No poolrooms, no partyrooms, no playrooms. Some very sparse exterior shots. (Once again, this is from one path, there might be others.) This is pure exploration and getting lost for now though... It's not really creepy, and it doesn't speak too much to the sense of wonder. Though I must admit I was getting more into that slow burn experience in the last three levels. In any case, there are a few good ideas there and I'm gonna be waiting the promised chapter II with tempered though honest expectations.
The severe camera shaking (which cannot be turned off) while attempting to "sprint" is headache-inducing and nauseating, rendering this unplayable for some. Photos and video depicted on the store page are clearer and movement appears smoother than in actual game. Controls not clearly defined. Minimal settings.
The VHS filters and graphics make the game incredibly realistic! Good lengthy game to play in the dark and explore. Would like to see more levels in this game.
Now this is a actual Backroom experience, its got none of that brain rot stuff like other games
This is a really good and realistic game
This game looks nothing like any of the pictures or videos on the store page. I'm not sure what the deal with it is, but there is a frame surrounding the screen that as far as I know you can't get rid of and it is a total eyesore. I tried searching in several places to figure this out, it doesn't help that the Discord link on the main menu doesn't even work. I would skip out on this because it does not look anything like what is being shown on the store page, super disappointing.
