Azazel's Christmas Fable

Perfect game to play in your Christmas holidays, which i did, and i enjoyed it but still backlog took over. It took me 3 years later to get back to it and finish it, and i enjoyed it even more then the first time. An AGS game, that really scratches the itch of the old point and click adventures, the puzzles are good (not too easy, not too hard). With likeable characters, and also being kid friendly. There are many achievements, but fun achievements that are not missable because even when you reached the official The End, you can still go back to the game to find the missing crackers, it's even mandatory to find some remaining achievements afterwards. Not spoiling much but The Ending could leave the door open to a sequel, which i really hope they would make. 9/10 P.S I also made a guide for it.

Azazel's Christmas Fable is a point and click adventure game where you play as Azazel, a demon who is given a mission to infiltrate Santa's elves to prove that he really is evil. Azazel's quest to uncover the source of Santa's joy and embrace his true self was funny, heartwarming, and occasionally a little dark. Azazel was a great main character to follow, and his dialogue and commentary were pretty funny. The side characters were also pretty entertaining, although most of them didn't stand out as much. The story was pretty predictable but the charm and humor more than made up for it. The gameplay was pretty standard for a 90's-style point-and-click. You walk around, talk to characters, and solve mostly inventory object puzzles. The puzzles were very well-designed. A couple of them were pretty tricky and there were a couple of places where I had to wander around for a while to figure out what I was doing, but all the solutions made at least some sense and I never needed to resort to looking up a hint. I enjoyed the nostalgic pixel art style, but the game didn't have any resolution settings to change and sometimes looked a little blown up on a large screen. Everything still looked pretty good, for the most part, but some of the fonts were a little hard to read. Overall, I really enjoyed Azazel's Christmas Fable. It was a funny, nostalgic game with a heartwarming message that was perfect for the holiday season. The puzzles were well-designed and Azazel himself was funny and endearing. 9/10

Quite short but very charming. I'd like to see more from Muhlbock.

Awesome sweet little Game. You can feel how much love was put into this. Some Riddles are quite hard to figure out, others are more easy. Really good balance. Hoping for more Games :)

Ein sehr schönes, kurzweiliges Spiel. Gerade weil die Rätzel nicht schwer sind ist es ein schönes Spiel in der kurzen Weihnachtszeit. Der Humor erinnert an die guten alten point and klick und auch der Grafikstiel passt perfekt. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, der für ein paar Stunden eine schöne Weihnachtsgeschichte miterleben möchte.

Azazel's Christmas Fable ist ein sehr witziges und super schönes Point&Click Erlebnis. Die Sprüche sind funny, die Szenen sehen sehr cute aus und die Story ist auch toll. Gerade jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit ne absolute Empfehlung :3
