Great game, I love the Avernum series. Definitely recommend if you enjoy turn base games and RPG.
I’ve been playing the Spiderweb Software games for years, and this was a great way to close out the series. The graphics are very basic, but the writing is top-tier. I wouldn't say it's hard to master, but the mechanics can be tricky—especially when you get to those later enemies that require a specific strategy to take down. If you have the patience, it's a deep world. [The Breakdown] Graphics: Potato-friendly Gameplay: Solid; tricky mechanics in the late game Story: Deep; great closure for the lore Difficulty: Easy to learn / Tricky to master Grind: Average Worth the price? Yes Rating: 8/10

fun retro style RPG
I enjoyed it and the previous as well. Did not care for the junk/trash items which could not be sold or used. I liked the summoned creatures but not the way they randomly appeared and all too often just stood around. Story was interesting and the leveling up was good. Overall good game.
I like turn by turn rpg games and this is exactly that. Almost old-school, the game has classes, player stats, magic, combat (ranged, melee, and magical), and a very good story. An isometric top-down view of the local geography
I've played all the versions. It's been quite the adventure.
yaaassssss
Love old old school RPGs. This one is fantastic.
Aivan paras. Ostin tämän 6 version + 4 + 5 ... nyt pelattu Avernum 6:sta 100h ... olen pelannut vuodesta 1989 pelejä ... Exile 3:sta pelasin samalta firmalta aikoinaan. En kaipaa mitään graafisesti upeita tulituksia tai nettipelejä. Tämä peli riittää mainiosti. 5 tähteä.
A great rpg
