Avalon Jewels 2 Collector's Edition

[b] Avalon Jewels 2 [/b] is similar to other titles in the Anawiki Games catalogue, but it's still a lot of fun and quite an accomplished match 3 title. I quite enjoy match 3 titles if they're done right and this one has all the right credentials to provide a decent experience. I have played a couple of the games in their catalogue and they are quite similar but there are subtle differences in this one like a basic story change, slightly better graphics, different objects to vanquish, and some different power ups, but the game play loop remains mostly unchanged. If you possess any other of Anawiki's games you will definitely notice the similarities but I would say that this one is still worth getting because to be honest there's not much you can change in a game of this type and it's still fun to play. There's quite a variety in the mechanics on offer and even though there are 300 levels, the gameplay gets tricky early on which I appreciated because some games like this take so long to ramp up the difficulty. I have got to level 100 and the game is still introducing new things to do and I liked the addition of some new power ups, and some new mini games which can earn you some gold, extra power ups, or buffs on the grid. It's a very addictive game and has that "one more go" feeling, and gameplay is fun with lots of cool explosions and a surprising amount of tactical thinking. There's lots of sound effects and bells and whistles to keep the tempo high and you have a choice of playing in relaxed mode, with unlimited moves, or puzzle mode, where your moves are limited but you can buy extra moves with gold. If there's anything they could improve it would be the story. It feels a bit lacklustre and I ended up not even reading it because it was so boring. If they introduced cut scenes it would definitely elevate the story and hold my interest more. There's around twenty hours of game play, with achievements included. Bel gioco, molto simile al precedente Avalon Jewels 1, che avevo già giocato e finito, e per il quale valgono le stesse identiche considerazioni. Bella grafica, belle musiche e animazioni, ( ci sono parecchi livelli ) vale senz'altro il prezzo richiesto. Localizzazione e traduzione in italiano molto curata, nel complesso è un ottimo gioco rilassante e divertente. Promosso a pieni voti

Wie auch die anderen Avalon Games immer wieder schön, um zwischendurch zu entspannen. Besonders schön finde ich auch die Puzzles, die Abwechslung ins Spiel bringen.

Adoro esse tipo de jogo, ótimas histórias.

After i finished the first game i bought part 2. Love the variation in levels and everytime new things appear. Really recommended for all who like to play Match-3 games!

Zawsze podobały mi się gry typu "match 3 gems". A ta oprócz ładnej grafiki jest ciekawa. Ma też ciężko definiowalność "grywalność"
