i wanted to 100% this game before i reviewed it but grinding for every weapon is such a chore. i am not super familiar with the series' art style, but i would like to say that it is spot on from memory. the story in this game goes up to where you find out that there are human titans and you manage to capture one of them. the gameplay is super fun... until i started to try to get serious. this game has so much style and it has one of those cool little details taht made the original spiderman games so cool. you can't hookshot onto anything that doesn't exist. so if you are too high, there is nothng to boost off, or if you are in an open field you can't just fly around with magic. where it starts to fall apart, and mayb it is a me problem, but i have ben noticing a lot more on true attack mode, which is unlocked after beating the base game, that i am bouncing off enemy weakpoints, or fail to focus on them when i am not doing anything i haven't normally been doing. true mode also removes the time slow on dash as well as speeds up titan's grabs. which wouldn't be so bad, but it can happen instantaniously. not considering that fact that, they have goofy physics and will wiggle around on things, but this can make it impossible to latch onto them, targeting in groups is impossible, and their grabs coming out because their arm is caught on their body, or it like phases through themselves just to grab you at impossible angles. the speed that you can play this game, is so much fun, mainly on the normal mode because you can just blitz through titans and it is such a fun power trip as you get more powerful weapons and gear to make this happen. i would think that this game has that, playable anime feeling to it because of this. not just the fact that you are playing an anime. i don't know anything about the sequel, so i can't say if this one is required or if it replays the story this one has gone through but with more content. but if you wanted to play this one, it is absolutely worth it. just maybe take a little time or a break if you want to grind for the grinding achievements, because i need a break before i even want to try to finish this game to 100%
It's a Musou game with an Attack on Titan skin so if you're familiar with the manga/anime, you need to suspend your disbelief for how many titans you can kill in a single battle. Still, it's really good fun and I'll give a special shoutout to the movement in the game. If you're interested in jumping in, try looking at the sequel first. This game rarely goes on sale and the sequel added tons of new features.
A.O.T. Wings of Freedom Soundtrack) como producto oficial. Veredicto A.O.T.
